Is the metal all one piece or do you have to put it together?

The metal is all one piece and plastic drain tray just slides in! I love mine, I also decided to try it as a desk organizer for scissors, pens, paper punch, staple remover, stapler.

Can you please explain the dimensions? Which # is the height and which is the depth. And how far from the front are the 'legs'?

From the left foot to the right foot — the width of the whole thing, is right at 10”. It’s right at 5” deep. The height of it (back leg to the top of the slots for dish soap) is 4”. So, 10” across the width, 5” deep, back to front, and 4” high, top to bottom. There are 4 compartments for your stuff- - 2 of them are 1.5”. The middle one is 3”, and the biggest one is not quite 4”. Hope this helps!
