WORKS GREAT!
I live on the east side of Sioux Falls. I get all of the Sioux Falls stations as well as all of the Sioux City stations (60 miles away) with this antenna. Very satisfied with this antenna. Crystal clear picture! Initially pointed it at about 110 degrees (where most of Sioux Falls towers are). Then tweeked it a little by turning it a few degrees more south for the best reception of Sioux City stations and Sioux Falls stations. I used the Direct TV dish mounting bracket. I connected the coax from the antenna to the coax that had been connected to the dish. Feeds three TVs through out the house. I got a 1-5/8" x 8' chain link line post from Menards (Model Number: 030547 | Menards® SKU: 1715317). The outside diameter of this post is 1-7/8". Fits right in the Direct TV Bracket. After I got it rotated where I wanted it I used self taping screws thru the dish bracket into the post so that it can not rotate. The local TV shop wanted $140.00 for an omni directional outdoor antenna.

Great reception and appearance
Love this outdoor tv antenna! Even though it has a few reviews, (maybe a new product), i was attracted by its unique design, unlike all the antennas I have seen or own. I have an antenna already but needed another for guest house. It was easy to attach the metal elements and coax then bracket ubolts to the pole. Make sure its high enough ie trees, buildings etc. I used an old dish pole from an old satellitthe. 20ft coaxial is long enough to reach most input to the house. I live about 40 miles from signal towers and searched online via FCC for antenna direction and picked up over 50 channels with this antenna. Have all of the channels I need. I would recommend this Digital Amplified HDTV Antenna sold by ANTOP Direct.

Excellent Product!! Use a pole to Install on the roof (see the product# for the pole in this product's description)
Digital Amplified HDTV Antenna with 360 Degree Omni-Directional Reception, 65 Miles Outdoor RV/TV Antenna UHF/VHF Receiving Range, Tools-Free Installation, Anti-UV Coating Durable Design ....Excellent Product!! I live in Ashburn, VA (20148) and I purchased this antenna in Sept 2017 and installed it on the top-most point of the roof. Prior to installing, I checked the tvfool.com web site, provided my home address to see the direction of all the TV towers. This site overlays red lines to the TV towers on Google Map. Then I positioned the nose of the antenna in the direction (although not required as this antenna is a 360 degress omni-directional antenna) where I received the maximum number of TV tower signal lines. Had a handyman install the antenna on a pole. Took about 45 mins in all to install. Sealed the base of the pole and the screws with clear silicone to water-proof the roof. Also, used a mastic tape on the base of the pole where the screws are to seal the hole from any leaks. I receive 75 channels. About 25% are HD, some are in Standard Definition (SD) and the rest are non-HD/SD. The HD quality is crystal clear, especially on NBC, CBS, FOX, ABC, PBS, WETA, UniVision and ION. Hope this helps.Inside my house, I received 50+ channels but do not recommend installing inside the house as some network channels like ABC or NBC aren't picked by the antenna.

Great reception, no signal loss.
Great reception. Gets me channels that other indoor antennas couldn't get, even when used indoors.I connected it into the cable wire that feeds cable outlets in my multiple rooms in my house. This way, multiple TVs run on the same antenna and the strength of the signal is incredible, I received 22 clear channels in my area (NC) even in the farthest TV from the inlet. This is good enough for me to replace cable.

DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED!
Not 360 degrees! Not 65 miles! I'm on a hill in Pittsburgh with direct line of site to the TV stations transmitting towers in both directions. Most all channels come from one direction and are 5 to 10 miles away. One channel comes from the other direction and is 8 miles away; so I decided to get this antenna for the 360 degree factor. Checked 3 respectable websites for the local channel signal direction and strength. All of them stated that I can use an indoor antenna for a good signal. Figuring that I want a great signal, I purchased this antenna and a mounting post for additional cost. Connected it to my brand new TiVo Roamio and the signals I received were garbage. Don't even think about the channel from the other direction because it would come in broken continuously. I went into the Roamio and checked the signal strength and all signals where less than 50% so I decided to use the amplifier that came with the antenna. When I connected the amplifier I got "NO SIGNAL", So I disconnected and did a re-scan then connected and did a scan. Nothing! Finally got another amplifier from the company that passed the signal through but did not improve the signal?!?! OH did I mention that my training is in computer electronics?!? This antenna is no better than one half it price; maybe even worse. Its getting good reviews from people that had no antenna or bad ones. Don't buy this.

my hopes for better VHF reception we're dashed
It's a 360 antenna that pulls in some stations, but I compared this along side a 1byone 360 and in the same spot got less stations. Plus, my hopes for better VHF reception we're dashed. Still couldn't get VHF from an tower 20m away that I pull UHF in at full strength. Did work, but there are better 360 antenna out there.

Lost VHF signal after a couple of months...
Although it was simple enough to set up, and it did initially get my VHF channels, it stopped receiving VHF channels the last few days. I haven't been able to get up on the roof and drop it down to examine it, but I suspect that the antenna 'ears' that receive the VHF have failed. We still receive the UHF channels strongly, but no signal at all from VHF.

Utter shart.
Reception on a properly grounded mast 40' up is the same as a cheap $20 window mounted unit. I get one channel. Used RG6-Q cable throughout. Grounded the line at the base of the house. I just wanted a few channels but all I get is fox, weird thing is I should get public tv and a few other channels too.
