Is it the "best quality" contents? No Is it enough? Yes and plus more!It checks all the boxes for first aid in one kit along with many basic survival items. The bag is high quality material. It has velcro tear-away feature, which means you can undo one buckle and pull the entire bag off in an emergency. However the molle attached portion stays on your back securely. You just reattach the bag to the velcro mount and buckle it. Very nice! It's packed very tightly so don't think you're going to add much to it. Make sure to secure those zippers!For the price I paid, this is a steal! It's not a full blown IFAK, but there is no way you could put together the same contents for around 20 bucks. Now way! I HIGHLY recommend this product.

This kit is loaded with tons of stuff and the pouch that it comes in is really nice. This was purchased as a gift for my 11 year old son because he is really into outdoor exploration and adventure right now and I can't wait to give him this kit soon. He already has a couple of items in this kit and can start a fire on his own. At this price I can afford to give this huge assortment of "just in case" survival emergency stuff as a toy! I plan to get one or two more to keep in my family vehicles and camping stuff. I also really like that it has some first aid items along with the survival items and tools and the pouch could be repurposed when he uses up all the stuff.

I went through this med kit, and I am very impressed with it. It comes with everything you would need to cover you in an emergency minus a snake bit kit. (I will be adding one soon) I am impressed with everything in the kit except the flash light. This is the cause of my 4 star rating. The Flashlight looks high quality but the switch is difficult to operate. You hear a firm click but the light is hard to turn on and too easily switches between light modes. In my experience many emergencies happen in the dark and good lighting is key. It is also disappointing that the light did not come with a battery. If a better light is substituted in the future, or the manufacture supplies me with a better working light I would upgrade this to 5 full stars!!! I defiantly recommend this kit!!! (and I hope never to need it)

The career backpacker or survivalist will certainly be able to put together a vastly superior pack of comparable size and weight, but not price. A small little pack like this can very well be the difference between life and death.

To who ever buys this it is a great start to any first aid kit anythi g that comes withbis great and even if the tools are smaller and lesser value all you havr to due is buy better replacements. I will use this to show my kids and wife how to properly dress wounds and use the provided equipment and i will be replacing some items for better use, its really is worth the money so i dont mind it will probably buy a second one to keep in my wifes car plus large enough to wrap on the front seat headrests

Small, cute little pack. Tweezers are a joke, gum ball machine quality plastic and the tips actually scissor, so no way you could use them for anything, trashed them. The multi-tool feels like it’ll break while unfolding, that is if you can get it to unfold. I resisted the urge to spray it with WD-40. Plenty of cotton balls, swabs, pads, that’s mostly what fills the pack. The compass, tiny knife, etc will make a grade school boy happy.

Had been thinking about putting together a survival kit for some time and started getting items here and there over the past month. I went to a local outdoor store to shop for a first aid kit and although they had many choices, none seemed to fit my needs. When I found this item on Amazon it not only met my needs for first aid supplies but had all the survival items I had been trying to purchase individually. I received it two days after ordering and was impressed with the overall quality of the bag and contents. The only thing I needed to add was a AA battery for the flashlight. This will definitely be a go to bag and certain to take with me anywhere I go. I like the mole system and already have attached it to my backpack.

I love all the survival gear that comes with this first aid survival kit I put on the paracord bracelet as soon as I received this package and not just because it is great to have the paracord but because it has a compass and fire starter on it so it is great to have handy Iand I put the first aid kit in my backpack so that I would have it ready if I needed it also I would definitely recommend this product to any body who wants to be ready for any emergency at home work traveling or anything that takes you outdoors
