I've been taken these pills for more than 2 years now, initially recommended by my sister-in laws friend. Prior to pregnancy I was totally fine, but during my pregnancy I suffered really bad with constipation which led to some problems but the toilet issue continued. I was originally taking laxatives which I really didn't want to rely on long term as heard so many stories about problems this can also cause, plus the craps I suffered taking them to help go to the toilet was extremely unpleasant and painful. Once I was introduced with Mag07 I have never taken anything else since, no pain no discomfort and no issues going to the toilet, regulated my situation, helps me cleanse my colon and I've had no side affects because Magnesium is good for the gut, I would seriously recommend this to anyone experiencing issues

I’ve used the other popular colon cleanse tablets and these work just as well but at a much better price! I find I wake up feeling so energised from both products, that’s the first thing I notice to see if it’s a successful for me. And the advised amount definitely cleanses the bowels successfully but not aggressively! I don’t even feel the need for caffeine after these, I feel clear headed and motivated to start my day immediately putting me in a great mood. My skin looks clearer, my eyes start to look fresher upon waking. I’m so happy to find a good alternative at a better price. Thank you! Gut health is everything!!

I’ve been using these since 2019 and never had a problem until this recent order . Since the company has changed from aerobic life to nbpure the product don’t seem good at all . Before the pills was lighter in weight compared to now and also after taking them this time around there’s no bubbling feeling in my colon like when it was aerobic life branded . And there’s no effectiveness whatsoever after taking these for two days . Something has changed in the quality of the ingredients they don’t seem as good as before . I will now look for other companies that do oxygen magnesium bowel cleanse as these are very expensive for them not to work . Such a shame too as they once was fantastic and used to never cause me bowel cramping and would work within 10-12 hours maximum with the first dose .

Bought this brand due to Global Healing removing their product off Amazon - just as good and much cheaper. - happy customer

These seem a natural solution to a clogged colon. They do not create any pain or discomfort and are non-habit forming. Recommended!

Been using for years

The formulation is not as effective and strong as its predecessor (before the rebrand). I didn't get bowl movements the first 2 days after taking 4 tablets every night. By the time I did and after a week the cleanse didn't feel effective enough. They aren't cheap but something has definitely changed in the formulation!!

Seems the same company do this one called Aerobic Life Mag O7 Oxygen Digestive System Cleanser Capsules, 90 Count with a much higher amount of magnesium. I took these with me on holiday and took loads and they did literally nothing. This item is an absolute sham and needs to removed from Amazon. I’ve tried icy ones in the past which where incredible and I may try the other version which have high reviews. Do not buy these absolutely useless.
