I got this after having my fourth baby; I wanted something to include with my prenatal. I love the magnesium as it helped me so much. It mixes well without leaving any grit and I thought it tasted little citrus like.

There was a noticeable difference in my mood and energy levels after trying the mineral complex from Mama Bird. I felt more calm and like I could handle more of the obstacles that my 18 month old throws my way while having a newborn as well. I did not enjoy the flavor although it is certainly a lemon-lime and not bad. It was better cold versus room temperature. There was some seperation and some difficulty getting the powder to mix. I think it'd be better if there was a raspberry citrus flavor, but that may just be my personal preference. Overall, I'd recommend this product.

I'm currently training for a half marathon, and this has left my legs VERY restless! I've used magnesium supplements in the past, but only at the onset of my restless legs. I started taking this and within about 2 weeks, I've noticed a HUGE decline in my restless legs. The flavor isn't overwhelming, it's light and tastes good. I've been putting this in my shaker bottle and taking it in the morning. I've been sleeping a bit better and just feel better overall. Would definitely recommend.

Taste is great ! It definitely makes me feel more focused when I use it in the morning. I find using a milk frother to mix it makes a world of difference when mixing !

To start- I am a regular Mama Bird customer as I have found the products are carefully formulated and in my experience, they work and improve my health. Second- I kind of ordered this by accident as I am not expecting or anything like that, but after reviewing the ingredients, I decided to keep and use.I figure you can’t go wrong, especially for an aging body; with choline (brain health), vitamin D from lichen (bone health and animal free), calcium and magnesium (which has helped with my leg cramps at night).I put a scoop in a bottle of lemon water and have no problem with the taste at allI LOVE this supplement and will buy more. So, as Bob would work say in part, this was a “happy accident” and I’ll add it was also a healthy accident.

I love that this powder supplement is formulated with and contains the nutrients needed for and to support our hormones, energy, mood, and brain health! It is also nice and I like that it is not another pill you have to swallow. It's a wonderful idea but could be more enjoyable if it would mix in and dissolve better, more completely.

The flavor wasn't horrible even tasting pretty good with a sweet scent until added into water, I just couldn't get past that first sip. I'm very sensitive when it comes to sour beverages. If you love lemonade this will work just fine. Easy to scoop into 8 ounces of water with the provided scooper and it dissolves fairly fast. No grit, no grimy feel and I didn't have an odd aftertaste as long as you take it right away. This is a great mineral complex with no artificial colors or flavors as well as being vegan.

I'm thrilled with the quality and overall results of this product. The taste is light and refreshing. I have noticed an overall improvement with my focus and energy level throughout the day.
