Teafy Organic Hojicha loose leaf tea USDA certified 3.5oz/100g

Very good mild nutty flavor and pleasant roasted rice aroma. I am able to get two brews out of the same batch of tea without a lot of bitterness that sometimes appears in the second brew. Highly recommend if you like "popcorn rice" tea.

My title says I think this is an excellent quality genmai-cha. I get enough every month for my daily consumption after meals etc. I have learned the hard way that there is a lot of faff on this website, when it comes to Japanese teas: Either really really expensive or really mediocre.In fact, I like it better than most genmai-cha available on Amazon.

This is my upgrade to mid-level Sencha green tea. It has quickly become my go-to green tea. To make sure the flavor isn’t ruined, a fabric tea bag is needed, since even my finest metal mesh tea steeper let’s pieces of leaves through, turning the brew bitter. This tea’s mild flavor is perfect in the morning or anytime, really!

I LIKED THE COLOR AND FLAVOR OF TEA, HOWEVER WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THAT IT WASN'T ACTUALLY TEA LEAVES, BUT MORE OF A CRUSHED POWDERY TEA. EVEN THOUGH I USED A TEA STRAINER, IT LEFT LOTS OF SEDIMENT AT THE BOTTOM OF CUP.

This is so far the best bang for buck sencha tea you can buy. It has the unique flavor that only Japanese sencha seems to have. Its similar to the quality of ocha and co , but cheaper . It tastes much better than the David's Tea and FGO (worst ) brands. I'm writing this review because I wish someone expressed their opinion of a direct comparison.

I drink a lot of matcha and this is probably the best I’ve ever bought. It’s very smooth with a delicious matcha flavor, even when I make it strong and it doesn’t completely mix. Not bitter like many others. Highly recommend!

This may be blended with bancha tea. I prefer sencha.

Im a tea connoisseur. I love Genmaicha and this particular brand is superb. Although, mild tasting, it delivers that caffeine+l-theanin kick that I love
