Klorane Shampoo with Peony, Soothing Relief for Dry Itchy Flaky Sensitive Scalp, pH Balanced, Provides Scalp Comfort

This company is my go to because I am allergic to Coco- Betaine which is in so many high and low end shampoo products. Smells great and cleans well. And if they start adding this ingredient, I’m in trouble!!!

I waited to write a review so I would know how my scalp was doing after using it a couple weeks. I’ve not used any other hair products since I started because I really just wanted to know if this product works for me. I noticed after the first wash that I wasn’t compulsively scratching my head or picking bumps..my scalp has been breaking out for months and I’ve had no success clearing it up or keeping it clear. But now I don’t have my hands all in my hair because my scalp feels calm and it’s made all the difference in the world. I have chronic dandruff and I have seen a few flakes so I may try mixing in their other shampoo with Gangal a couple days a week to help with that but that’s just normal for me. The smell is to die for in my opinion.

The price doesn’t make sense if you research how much it actually costs around the world. They increase prices just because they sell to the US. This should be illegal.Take the away, it does the job. No more dandruff my hair is very soft after using it.

BEST PRODUCT EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! I have tried every scalp reliving shampoo and this is the only thing that has helped. After day two I didn’t itch anymore. It was amazing. I’m sure it depends on what is causing the itch maybe? But for me, it took care of my problem immediately. I have autoimmune reactions to sugar and gluten so my head will itch so bad I can’t stand it. This product made it go away so completely that my hair is getting thicker too. i hadn’t realized how much my scratching was making my hair fall out until I started using this product. I am amazed by it. I even bought the matching conditioner.

The scent is light and it did not irritate my sensitive scalp. However, I found the formula a bit drying for my wavy hair. I use a co-wash and like to use a “real” shampoo 1-2 times/week and this one felt like it stripped my hair on those wash days.

I have been using this shampoo for over 10 years. My scalp tends to produce a lot of oil and this shampoo whisks it away. I shampoo my hair daily and although it decreases oil, it is not excessively drying.

This is the worst shampoo ever. Dries hair out and strips color. Does NOTHING for scalp issues. DO NOT BUY.

I went looking for a new shampoo because I have a high maintenance scalp. I'm allergic to a lot of soaps/shampoos and some of them just don't get my hair feeling clean enough, smell awful, cause build up, make me itch, or make my hair fall out, This one gets my hair squeaky clean and my hair stays cleaner longer than with other shampoos. The scent in the bottle is fairly strong, but the residual scent on my hair is light and refreshing, similar to tea rose. I've used it a month now and it doesn't strip the color from my hair, leaves it soft and smelling great, and I haven't noticed any dandruff. It's true the shampoo doesn't lather up as easily as others. I have very long hair, so I put a squeeze at the nape of my neck, and another on the top of my scalp. It's a large bottle and for the results, it doesn't bother me that I need 2 squeezes rather than one.
