The 1000 LED light set is perfect for anyone looking for some new holiday flare. This set is made by Holiday Bright Lights. The company sets out to make buying lights easy by including everything you need into one compact set. These lights will come with a reel to keep them untangled, an attached 8 function remote to change settings, and are almost 75 ft. long, enough to properly decorate almost any household out there. These super bright tiny 3mm rice lights are the hottest thing in decorating with lights.Along with being convenient, these lights are made to be incredibly durable. The wire that connects to the bulbs is twisted by hand. This makes it hard for the lights to knot up and become easily tangled. The lights are also designed to be shatterproof. Tests have even shown that you can step on the bulbs without breaking them. If somehow a bulb stops lighting, the rest of the lights on the strand will remain lit. These bulbs are made with European construction to bring a whole new twist to the classic holiday lights that you will simply love. The lights feature 8 different settings to help give your home the perfect holiday glow. You have the choice if you prefer a regular standard glow or you can have them blinking in a wave pattern. There is also a sequential mode, along with a slow glow effect. You can also set the lights to slowly fade or do a combination of all the modes. The handy memory chip will keep up with your setting so that each time you turn your lights back on, your favorite pattern automatically starts up again. The lights will last for around 30,000 hours of use, that’s about 1250 days of bright light. Since the bulbs are LED you are guaranteed a bright glow that will literally light up the night. The bulbs can be used for both indoor and outdoor decorating, giving you the freedom to use the lights for holidays or events no matter the setting.

Easiest Christmas Lights Setup Ever!
These are the perfect lights...the tiny bulbs do not distract from the ornaments and it is a nice bright WARM light. It does NOT have the blue fluorescent tint. The bulbs are close together and so there is zero-need to "backtrack" the string of lights to ensure good coverage of the tree branches. The long lead wire from the plug and setting switch box to the beginning of the bulbs is great, as I always hated that there was a trail of bulbs leading to the outlet with my old lights. I ordered two sets and it was just the correct amount to cover a 9-foot tree. I plugged both into a timer power strip and it works fine. It is also nice that they came with a reel for storage - very compact storage in comparison to my previous lights. Finally, I like the various twinkle settings. I leave one set on steady mode and chose a twinkling option on the second set..makes the tree constantly well lit but with some twinkling interest! My only disappointment was that the set was discounted by $10 two days after I ordered them.

good, just expensive, I hope they last
I bought this plus the Raz 1000 LED 73 foot lights. Comparing them:This one is warmer in color. This one is less bright. Raz has two twinkling speeds and this has one twinkling speed.I did buy 2 more sets of light, and I bought more of this one not Raz (mostly because of the color of the light - I like the warmer light - and the brightness - I like numerous, less-bright lights).Spacing them evenly was a challenge for both brands because both have lights very close together on the strand. But that's nice too because it's easier to get a "dense cloud of tiny lights" look that I wanted with light going all the way to the trunk. But it did mean I underestimated how many sets I would need. After putting 2000 LEDs on my 7 foot tree I felt like I needed at least 2 more sets - and I bought more of this one, not Raz.The only think I liked better about the Raz lights was they had more twinkling speeds.

Great style and color
These are what I’d call a clear white that verges on “warm”. They don’t have a yellow cast like you see with warm lights, but they don’t have a blue cast like you see with cool lights. They’re neutral and bright. I love that they are mini LEDs. I saw this exact style on a tree in a store and the effect was beautiful. So far I don’t understand the different settings. I get a steady, a standard twinkle, what I guess is a soft glow, and a fade that seems abrupt at times. I think they’ll be fine though. I’ll update my review once I actually use them on my tree.

Worth the investment
They arrived quickly (earlier than they were supposed to). Love how bright the lights are (without having a blue or too warm of a cast) They were more $ than we wanted to spend, but if they last several years they will be worth it. Love how close together the lights are. We have 2000 lights on a 7ft tree so it’s pretty full. Like how you can do different functions. We normally just have it on “steady”, but nice to be able to change things up if desired. (Picture of the tree with 2 strands of 1000 lights) before decorating it.

Pretty lights, easy install, BUT beware of flaky cord
These lights are very easy to use on a Christmas tree. No wrapping around the branches or trying to hide cords is necessary. We just laid them in and on the boughs. Part of the lights ended up looking like garland. The cord is dark green so it disappears better on a green tree. They are very bright but I think that's more because there are 1000 LEDS spaced very close together. We like the color of the lights but we were hoping for a warmer glow, especially at night time, so I hooked up the single strand to a variac and ran it down to about 40% of line voltage. These are not necessarily dimmable LEDS but doing this DID reduce brightness by about a third. Going much lower voltage than this and the LEDS just turn off. This single strand was more than enough coverage for a 7 foot tree, circling all the way around and all the way to the top. We love the lights and I would have given the product four or even five stars except about about 2/3 of the way in to putting it on the tree, we found an intermittent short on one of the LEDS that caused all the lights downstream to go out. VERY disappointing! Especially when you pay $50 for Christmas tree lights. Fortunately, I was able to bend the light and wire in such a way that the whole strand lit up and as long as no one touches that part of the strand, I believe the lights will continue to work. However, I doubt that this will be a long term reliable strand of lights after removing and storing for next year.As long as you're prepared for the possibility of a flaky cord, you won't totally regret this product. If it works and you're okay with the very bright illumination, I think you'll be happy with these lights. Treat them gently, save the reel that they come on and don't twist or wrap them tightly when putting them away. But if you only get one use out of them, I don't think I can say they are worth the expense.

Part of the strand burned out after a few days!
I bought 2 strands of these I thought they were just what I was looking for. A nice warm white rice light to add to my trees. One strand is working fine but the other one partially burned out, a big huge section just stopped working as shown in this photo. I tried to ask a question about them before I posted a one-star review. I'm getting a bit frustrated with Amazon and quality control with Christmas decore.

Good quality for money.
I. Only need one strand for a Six foot tree. Not overly bright. I don't use the remote because I like the lights to stay on and not blink. I feel they are a good value even if the only last a 2 or 3 years. You have to have at least 3 of 4 strands of most lights to have as many lights as you get on this one strand.

Got a faulty strand
I put these lights on my tree and decorated it and then half the lights quit working so had to take them off and send them back and only got a partial refund from the seller. Very disappointed and a lot of extra work to have to redecorate my tree. Would not buy them again.
