Product is very capable of running well with a long lasting 500ml capacity and timer and dimmer programmable, however I gave 4star because I did and pay for the remote control capacity, but was NOT a remote control inside. I was going to return it, but I used the devices so it was a pain to boxed everything up and shipped back. I wish that amazon had a request for part missing on their website. Maybe somebody did not inspected the package before shipping, very unusual for amazon. The price different with or without remote is about few dollars.

I love this diffuser the only reason I gave it four stars was because it didn't come with a remote, I own the same one in the light brown color and it had a remote with it. Not sure if it was left out of the packaging or it was supposed to come without one.

For me, the key selling point of this diffuser was that it came with a remote. The remote is flimsy as can be, the face of the remote lifts around the edges when you hit any of the buttons. Not only that, but it never worked upon arrival.On top of this, I was deceived by the photos. It is half the size that the photos will have you believe.The only reason I am not returning this is because I would be purchasing the same style minus the remote and the $5 I would save isn't worth the amount of time I would be waiting

Super long running, very quiet, definitely fills a room well, great stream of mist and works immediately. Love the settings on this for color and for length of time running. Will buy again!

So surprised at how well this works! Love that you don't have to twist the top off and the 500ml lasts FOREVER. I had it running for at least 10 hours today without refilling water or oil. Two output speeds are amazing and the remote control is so convenient. Going to buy another I am so pleased! Worth the money!!

The Humidifier stopped working in first week of the delivery, luckily changing the power cord that came with it fixed the problem, but it was an additional cost... on top of that, the timer doesn't work, it typically shuts off after 15 minutes of use, no matter what you set the timer to. I ordered 2, the second one seems to work fine

The first time I used this diffuser the paint started peeling off the top section. It seems to work really well and lasts a long time but unfortunately I had to return because of the peeling paint.

I have many of the 150ml, smaller oil diffusers like this. I was disappointed because of the amount of vapor that comes out. I like the smaller ones much better because they will diffuse the water and oils rapidly.
