Packs; NOT filter packets
Wanting INDIVIDUAL packets (filter packets) these were ordered. These are GROUND coffee packets, for coffee makers that use a filter basket. IF you have in room coffee makers, that are single serve, these will not work. These would be better for home use. They are so closely marked to the filter packets, it is easy to order the wrong ones. $69 of ground coffee thats going in the trash. No way to use this product. And not returnable as its a "grocery" item.

Yuck and ugh and ewww
Omg! We ordered two large boxes of this for our guests, and we actually ended up trying one to see what the experience would be like and now regretting the purchase. The coffee tastes like old, leftover scraps off of the warehouse floor that has zero flavor or brightness or that typical smile you get when you open a bag of coffee. I’m a little bit of a coffee snob, but I can tell you this doesn’t even match roadside diner, quality. It’s actually sour and bitter and you can’t put enough sugar or cream to cut it.Tried to send mine back, but they don’t allow it so be warned
