Should the character itself, Mew, have a glossy or matte finish?
There's something odd about the surface of this card. Unlike all the other 20th anniversary cards, this one has a glossy finish and it covers the entire card, including the yellow borders and Mew. It looks suspicious to me, and I'm open to believe the card sent might be a fake.
