My new brand for life… 🙏🏼
As long as Wolverine doesn’t lower the quality in the future this will be my brand of work boot for life. I’m a brand loyalist in many but not all aspects. I’ve worn Timberland work boots since the early 80’s. I do home improvements and I’m normally inside high end homes so I wasn’t buying their boots with the Vibram sole because all of those tiny cleats held more dirt and mud. I always bought the ones that had noticeably larger cleats on the sole. They lasted longer too. Lately the quality seemed to have gone down and the last two pairs that I bought squeaked when I walked before the boots were worn out. I went to an Army Navy store and they sold Wolverine. I decided to try a pair on and instantly they were very comfortable and fit great right out of the box. They feel more like hiking shoes vs “work boots”. Timberland boots have a much harder sole and they are hard overall when working all day and also have less arch support. These Wolverine boots are so comfortable that I don’t know why everybody is not buying these.4 decades later and I’m changing my brand to these now.and I am on my third pair so far. I’m glad that they make them with the bigger cleats on the sole like the Timberland work boots that I’ve work for all those years. They better not not botch it up and try to save a dollar or so by lowering their quality. I’ll have to wear sneakers if that happens.

Made In China but Worn in Minnesota
I live in Minnesota, some like to call it MinneSNOWta and for good reasons. If you live in the United States, you are probably aware of the brutally cold winter we have had of 2013/2014 (Polar Vortexes anyone?). I've lived in Minnesota all my life, and I can't remember when I've seen the temperature so cold, so often. If I recall, we've been colder than Alaska the majority of this winter. So with frigid cold weather your entire body needs to be warm, including your feet, and these boots fit the criteria. I'm glad I bought this before winter in September, it has already paid off. I'm a tennis shoes kind of guy as they are very comfortable, light, and breathable. But winter in Minnesota, I will wear work boots all winter long for the added warmth and most importantly keeping your feet dry and these boots did just that! These are Made In China, and yes I hate that label, but these are good boots for the 6 months I've had them, they are warm, waterproof, and I like the style. They are sort of a mix between work boots and snow boots blended together, which is why I bought them. I won't use these for work in the summer as my feet would sweat in them, but I will wear these in the winter for anything.I believe the coldest day we've had so far this winter was an air temperature of -22 degrees F and the coldest windchill of -51 F at my location, you don't want to be caught wearing tennis shoes in this kind of weather, protect your feet, keep them dry and comfortably warm if you live in a potentially cold climate.4/5 starsCONS-Nearly $100 for something 'Made In China'Feet will sweat inside them occasionallyNot the most comfortable boot, but OKPROS-Added warmthWaterproof and SnowproofGreat mix between a typical workboot and snowbootGood traction, tred(Can't yet comment on the durability at this point)

No me parece buen zapato
Lo que no me gusta es que se desata muy rápido la suela y se despega rápido también y para el precio que tiene no vale la pena comprarlo

Snug fit compared to my other Wolverine insulated boots
Snug fit compared to my other Wolverine insulated boots, consider ordering a size up for using with warm socks.

Best work boot available!
Love this boot, I’ve been wearing this one exclusively for the past 5-6yrs, they wear fairly well, they are by far the most comfortable to work in almost all weather... they do start off pretty strong on the waterproof side but after a few months depending on usage that can not be said as water does enter in particular right around wear the boot bends the most.. if you work in a very dirty environment they can lose there color quickly and not be as presentable as first day.. with that said however they still get my vote for best work boot available.. I run thru Approximately 2 pair a year retiring them after 6 months to yard and dirty work only. Also purchase a pair to wear on days off as they indeed are a great and very comfortable boot!
