Caixun EC32T1H, 32 inch HD 720P LED TV with HDMI, USB, AV in, Optical (HDMI Cable Included - 2022 Model)

It was a great value for my budget. I was happy to find my smart TV at Amazon It seems I can find everything at Amazon always great well made products. Never a problem with returns.except right now a couch was delivered after I canceled.Now the company who make it won’t pay to ship it back..What should I do? It will be over a hundred dollars to ship. It wasn’t my mistake. I I canceled and it still was delivered.

We cut the cord on cable and needed a smart TV for one of the back bedrooms. It was very easy to set up with Prime Video, Netflix, Philo, Hulu, etc. It took less than 20 minutes to get it out of the box, put it on the 'legs' and then add the desired apps. The remote control is also well designed. It fits comfortably in the hand and and you don't accidently hit 'exit' when you're trying to use the right arrow. We're very happy with it.

The picture quality is pretty good, even with darker films. The sound quality on the set without hooking it up to a soundbar is fine. It has memory issues. Loading too many apps from the Google Store at once can cause it to freeze when they're updated. Google has a tendence to open them all at once when they're updated, so it hangs. It works better when you have fewer apps running on it. I've also had a couple issues with some apps not being compatible with this set. For the money, and for most things I want to watch, it's a decent value.

For some reason it is getting really difficult to find a modern TV that is NOT a Smart TV - something we will never give house room to. (A preposition is something you don't end a sentence with) The unit arrived promptly, was well-packaged against damage, and easy to set up. 4 screws to affix the 2 legs and plug in the unit and an HDMI cable to our Roku and we had a cord-cutter's heaven. So easy.

Setup was straightforward even though I have an iPhone, which is not compatible with this Android set. The picture was very good and sound more than adequate.Problem began when I shut the TV off for the evening and turned it on in the morning. No picture; no sound. The Input button did show TV, HDMI 1, and Android Home, the latter being the portal for all things beyond cable. Pressing HDMI did not bring up a channel. I found that by turning the set off by the power button and then unplugging it, everything later worked, although it went back to a reset/setup mode. Amazon Customer Service got me connected to Caixun support and I thought we had it “fixed”. But I had only shut the TV down with the remote for a minute or two and it came right back on. For some reason leaving the set off for an hour or more results in a black screen and no sound when trying to turn it on. Not an acceptable situation so I am returning it and will hook my old Samsung back up.

It works perfect! The picture is great and has just as many features as an expensive TV. I put this in my bedroom and I will be ordering another one for my son's room soon. I feel like it's a great value for what you are receiving. I've had it for 2 months now and I haven't had any problems with it

Easy set up, great picture, perfect size for a small room. Mostly used for gaming and streaming is nice too. Google apps doesn’t have spectrum tv :-(

I ordered 2 of these. Both freeze up (all the time) the remote barely works and it lags. Picture and sound often don't match. There are better options out there, find them because you WILL be disappointed with this TV after the first month when the quality starts to degrade.
