I got it for get my hair curl up for a wedding ceremony. I was glad I gave it a try. I was wearing it overnight and the result was great. The curls stayed for the whole day. The pictures on the sheet showed step by step instructions. I dampened my hair slightly and then wrapping the hair from the end toward the roots. However, it was uncomfortable to sleep with this thing on. I think it would be better if could do it during the day.

This is a must have if you love natural curls. You wrap your hair around this at night and you wrap it as tight or as loose as you want depending on the curl type you want. It easily clips on the ends or can be tied together. This gives you natural curls and I get them to stick by applying hairspray or mousse when I remove so the curls stay in place

I used this overnight winding my hair onto the headband when it was still wet. I applied an anti frizz smoothing cream before putting my hair up. It wasn't bad sleeping with it on. I mostly sleep on my back and I positioned the headband towards my ears. When i took it out in the morning my hair was curled. The curls were nice and loose. My hair was a little frizzy from air drying overnight. I can't seem to get away from frizzy hair unless I use heat, either blow dry or iron. This would be perfect if I could find the right anti frizz product (I've tried them all) I would recommend this, it was easy and no damage from heat. I will try to use it while it drys when I am not asleep. drying without touching my pillow may be better for the frizz situation

I tried twice so far and ended up with lack luster curls. Not sure if I'm twisting my hair wrong of too tight but yea.... hopefully I'm be able to update with good results soon.

This Heatless Curling Rod Headband really works! It's also easy to use. I was worried that my hair would get stuck in it when I tried to take it out but it didn't. I wish that I would've, learned about this headband sooner. I'm not great at curling my own hair but this set makes it easy to curl my hair without much effort. The results are beautiful!

This curler is very soft and comfortable to wear, the price is also pretty competitive with the other options out there. I haven’t mastered the technique yet, but several curls came out perfect so I have hope that I’ll get it someday. I have very long, thick and layered hair. I’m thinking I might need two of these to have better luck.

These rollers are so innovative. I like that i can wake up with styled hair without applying any heat to my hair. My hair has been a lot healthier since using this. It’s also comfortable to sleep in.

Setup takes some time to learn, curls come out nice
