[updated] Love the chair but already ripping after 3 weeks of use
[UPDATE] I reached out to customer service and they quickly responded and are sending me a brand new chair. I wasn't expecting anyone to even care or reach out so this was a pleasant surprise. Excited to try the new one![PREVIOUS REVIEW] I've had this chair for less than a month and it was perfect, but the back rest fabric is starting to rip out so I'm afraid to lean into the back of the chair like I usually do while I work. Can you send a replacement backing or refund or something? I have been so gentle with this chair so I'm shocked it's already breaking!

Not what I expected
Does not have a 160degree rotation maybe 5 degree cute but I wish the back had more support.

Difficulty installing the wheels
I was excited to receive my new chair. I have put together office chairs in the past and thought I would not have difficulty with this one. I was able to get one wheel into the socket on the base; however, I could not get the rest of the wheels to pop into the holes. Help!
