My wife loves this hot tub. I had to build her a deck for it and she had invited her friends over and another family bought one too with all good comments.

Puchased for my wife for mother's day back in May. The product arrived defective. It took almost one full month of back and forth with Intex to get a warranty claimed filed for the defective parts. It has still now Aug. 2nd and still do not have replacement parts along with the claim being filed wrong multiple times by Intex. We have NEVER had the chance to use it. We filled it and the motor was leaking at the pipe connections to the tub. Another issue arose when we tried to turn it on. Despite having a dedicated GFCI outlet installed by an electrician, this unit electrically shocked me when I touched the water. Intex told me to unplug the unit and not to use until the replacement parts were sent. There was also a very small tear in the insulated cover that I felt needed to be addressed but the company has yet to acknowledge it according to the list of replacement parts I was supposed to receive that still haven't. Also found the tub does not hold air. I inquired if this is normal and they said yes it needs to be checked and refilled from time to time. I have inquired to others that have purchased inflatable tubs and found this not to be the case. I belive I was sold an entirely defective product but the company has refused to send me a replacement unit. Worst customer experience ever.*Edit 8/5/24 I contacted the seller and they resolved my issues within 24 hours. I am still waiting for the manufacturer to even reply back to my last phone call regarding replacement parts they told me are out of stock. The seller is amazing, the manufacturer is not. My replacement is now being filled and heated. so far so good. No leaks, holds air, motor is in functioning order and I am now a satisfied customer. I would still add warning that Intex is a very shady company when it comes to honoring and fulfilling their warranties. This seller is fantastic though and would buy another product from them without hesitation.

This spa has a double wall to help keep cold out. It heats to 104 quickly. We just love this spa. We had it several months now and I am in it everyday after work. Great price also. It was relatively easy to set up. It's a good size too!We have plenty room to relax comfortably and not even bump into each other at all. Great product.

Right from the beginning the power unit was giving error message of EOL and would not stay on. A month later we are still waiting on part from Intex. It needed a new cord so we ordered and paid for ourselves so that we could use the hot tub. Still nothing from Amazon or manufacturer.As for the tub. It is roomy and great bubbles. Cover is not easy to take on and off.

I have owned two round ones previously, this square one is awful.The round ones you can easily create a vortex with a handheld screen cleaner to get all the debris into the middle, not so well with the square one.The cover is an absolute pain in the ass to get on and off, the round ones were easy/peasy.I thought I had turned it off last night, I brought the remote in and there were no lights, got up this morning and it had been running all night.If you are going to buy one, get a round one. They hold more water too.Now it will not hold air after three months, the port that you fill it at is stuck open and will not close, $957.00 for a pile of trash

This tub is easy to assemble and has worked effortlessly! Well worth the money!
