Good for a quick meal or side.
Very easy to prepare, pretty good truffle taste but if you like truffle could use a bit more. And add grated parmesan to completed dish. Have reordered multiple times. Convenient to have on hand.

A treat in our pantry
We seem to have become addicted to this product. Tried it at Costco years ago and became hooked. Price is a bit high unless you love it, then you find a way to afford it. Cooking is easy and works in a jiffy. Taste is phenomenal as long as you like truffles. A foodie will appreciate this product. Also leaves a lovely aroma in the kitchen.

Truffle Addicts Will Love This
I'm a truffle addict. I have truffle salt, truffle butter and truffle potato chips in my house. Value is a subjective thing. For those who watch their pennies and aren't crazy about the taste of truffle, it might not seem to be a great value. Truffles are expensive, ergo, anything made with truffles is going to cost more. But, my husband's and I both LOVE this risotto, so, for us, it's good value.
