New screen looks good as new!
As far as I could tell it is an exact replacement. I could not tell if it was made by apple or not. The temperature sensor was not included so I reused the one from my old screen. I ran it for a few days before permanently taping it. The only issue I had was that It was irritating that I had to make arrangements to sign for delivery.

Causes iMac to Eat up Processor Speed!
When I plug in this new screen, the "kernel_task" goes crazy high and eats up processor speed to the point the computer is crazy slow. At first, I could not figure out what happened to my iMac. After many hours of research and attempting several things including reformatting hard drive, re-installing the operating system, resetting many system settings, etc., I finally found out it has to do with a bad cooling sensor from the monitor!! Who knew! So I plugged in my old cracked monitor and computer works completely normal again... After a whole day's work trying to figure out why my computer was freaking out thinking I had maybe broken something swapping monitors, turns out this new monitor was causing the issue the whole time! Returning the screen and will buy from another source.

Fit and functions perfectly
Make sure you are buying the correct screen for your model, and order the tape kit.

Product listed as 'New' but obviously refurbished
See photos. Condition listed as 'New' but obviously refurbished. Heavy black fingermarks in iSight camera area, deep scratch in metal, misaligned cable, broken 'tamper' seal, front glass protector carelessly applied.

Great LCD
Matched up to my Mac within issues. Does appear to be not as bright as the original but still a flawless design

$400 for fake screen
The media could not be loaded. This was quite an expensive replacement screen. Mine was cracked and needed to be replaced. unfortunately you can't purchase just the glass, you have to replace the whole display LCD and glass assembly. Installation was easy, you need to carefully remove the adhesive on the side with a razor or a tool. However when looking at a black screen (such as the initial black Apple boot screen) I realized there were red green and blue dots all over the screen. These are dead or hot pixels. If it were only one or a few I'd be okay but there are literally dozens, I'd estimate around 50. They're really distracting and especially for a $400 display, it's not worth it. This is a sign of poor a LCD production batch. It’s definitely not an Apple OEM screen but either a factory reject or knock-off.
