The shears appear to be strong apart from the locking mechanism
The only thing with the shears that I don't like is the wobbly locking mechanism which is not well finished and could be dangerous.if it fails

Do Exactly as I Required
Bought these to cut up raw chicken wings for our Jack Russell and they don’t disappoint. Easily cut through the flesh and bone. Good quality, robust cutters as described.

Absolutely brilliant
We used to grapple with sharp kitchen scissors to spatchcock a chicken. No more ! These poultry shears are razor sharp and spring loaded and my wife does this with ease. Used to take two of us. Her hold it and me to cut through the sides of the backbone. These are really good. Recommend.
