i like it
the muffin mix comes in a 7.5 ounce box and it is also in a protective sealed bag inside of the box for freshness. it is very easy to make. i added 1/2 cup of milk to mine and gently mixed it up. i followed the simple instructions on the box and it turned out pretty good. you can add variety to it also. i plan on adding other ingredients in the future to enhance its flavor and nutrition. i am very happy with this purchase. the mix is fresh and it smells fresh too. the small boxes are inside of a bigger box that holds all 24 little boxes safely. nothing was damaged in this particular shipment. i might try adding a can of cream corn... or a couple tablespoons of corn flour for more flavor. you can't go wrong with this product.
