The First and Last Karambit You'll Ever Need
(Seems like there's an issue with the knife description but this is the correct knife). After doing my research on Karambits that I felt would be practical in self defense and survival situations I came across this gem from Ontario. Their company is known for creating real-world and (actual/not just advertised) military knives. This is an amazing, durable and stylish Karambit that feels like it can rip through a car door if it needed to. I would highly recommend it. I have large hands and I didn't feel like the handle or finger ring was uncomfortable at all. The blade will need some profiling and sharpening to become razor deadly, but I don't find this to really be an issue since it's made to last forever. This thing ain't cheap but if you have the money, spend it cause you won't need another Karambit after you do. Only con I have would be the sheath, which is nylon, which isn't really that bad since you can still fast deploy the knife by undoing a button, but I think a Kydex molle-compatable in the end would be more appealing and space-saving.Don't hesitate if you're on the fence, at the time of writing Amazon had the best price available ($102.00). Ontario even produces a replica (rubber) training version of this knife that sells on Amazon for 12 bucks for safe practice use!Enjoy!

With some sharpening and a new sheath, great!
What I like about this knife is it's perfectly sized (at least for my hand) and it's got a notable amount of steel to it. Overall, it's ergonomic and well-constructed.BUT... I was really disappointed to discover that the edge is near non-existent besides from the tip?! And considering the price and reputation from OKC, I would've liked to see a kydex material sheath molded for everyday carry. The current nylon sheath with it's two sets of straps is not practical in either a utility or self-defense purpose. I've already ordered an after-market kydex sheath ($60) for it.

Not bad, is worth it.
Slight blade issues but nothing I can't handle, the finger ring is a bit sharp, not cutting sharp but not comfortable. I do recommend this knife.
