Do not purchase this product. I tried using it once and it started leaking some sort of battery fluid. Unfortunately, when it actually came time to using it, it was already outside the return window. Now I'm stuck with it.

This jump starter worked great the first time. The second time, with 5 lights on the charge indicator, it did not. In fact, it got very hot and there is swelling on one end.

Only reason its not 5 stars is because of the clamps.Saved my butt a couple of times. My car battery died when I was out running errands in the pouring rain. I was so glad that I bought this jumper 2 days earlier. Car started up right away and I was on my way to the auto parts store right after. A few days later my sister's car battery died and I was able to jump her car with this battery pack as well. After jumping the cars, it still shows full charge or close to full charge on the battery pack.My only worry is with the clamps. They look and feel a bit cheap. Although this product is not something that anyone would use on a daily basis, the clamps don't feel very durable. I felt like I would break the clamps if I wasn't careful or squeezed too hard while opening the clamps. I would hate for it to break when I need it the most. Perhaps a more rugged and durable set of clamps would be better.

Well built. Feels very solid in hand. The charger comes with all extras you could possibly need. I have not been able to test all the features of the Jump Starter. But, judging by what I have seen and others reviews I don't expect it to leave me stranded when I most need it. Not to mention it is selling at a really good price.

I ASSUME it’ll work because I haven’t had to use it yet. That’s a good thing. I probably need to charge it again actually.

Great product - I charged it when I received it and put it in my car. It sat in my car through extremely low temperatures, and when my battery died 6 months later, it was able to charge it within minutes.

5 stars, once you figure it out. But figuring it out isn't all that easy. Just look hard for the button marked "Boost" before you try to start a car.

The size of this device is very convenient for storing in the glove box of any vehicle. I like the multi-setting light which helps see when there are issues under the hood or around my vehicle that need checked. Charges quickly and I use it to charge my phone and other devices while driving. Very handy to have for many reasons.
