Incomplete
I only got letters to spell out birthday and an extra P. The other letters were missing and there was no straw to inflate the balloon. I was disappointed because the sign looked really cute online.

Doesnât Spell Happy Birthdayâ
DO NOT BUY!!! I opened this the night before my daughterâs birthday and realized that most of the letters to spell âHappy Birthdayâ are missing. What is the point of buying a Happy Birthday banner that doesnât even spell âHappy Birthdayâ? What a disappointment!

Cute banner
The banners were great, I can't say anything about the balloon as I took it to 3 different stores and no one was able to inflate it as it didn't come with a straw to fill it. Very disappointed.
