I had all but given up on trying to buy a android tablet under $ 100 that had some decent and dependable features ! Until I found this npole 10.1 metal case android tablet on amazon.com . for only $119 it was hard to believe I could get a tablet this good with so many high end features ! I sceptically ordered this tablet from amazon and it arrived on time and in brand-new undamaged condition. When I opened the shipping box and removed the tablet I was amazed how wonderful this tablet looked ! So high end! So professional ? The build was all light metal and the screen was made of firm clear glass . no cheap plastic anywhere. It had the look of a tablet costing twice as much. The tablet is really thin and light weight . very comfortable to hold in your hand. It even had a screen protector pre installed which was a nice touch. It also came with a battery charger and a instruction book. The tablet turned write on and was fully charged. To my delight the main menu came on with one of the most clear bright , crisp HD pictures I've ever seen on a tablet ! With no pixalation at all and no washed out colors ! The screen is viewable from any angle ! It looks so good ? This tablet makes watching utube , movies and games a total blast ! Really fun ! Its very user friendly and WiFi blue tooth and all your favorite apps set up in just a snap ! This tablet is so fast ! Its just amazing! Pages and apps load as fast as you can easily press the icons . no lag or buffering down time . the on board 5 mega pixel camera looks great ! And takes great pictures. It may not be good enough for a professional photographer but it sure beats 2 mega pixel cameras that come with most low priced tablets. The sound volume is really good as well. Not bad at all. I mean you can hear it with out a struggle. A Bluetooth speaker works very well with this tablet. This tablet feels so sturdy and comfortable I'm my hand I wouldStack it up to a I pad or a Samsung ! Tablet as a third place winner.Bottom line if your looking for a really good low cost android tablet you have come to the end of your journey ! This is it ! Don't miss out on this excellent tablet ! The Kindle got me hooked on tablets. Once I broke my screen, I decided I wanted to get a tablet that's not proprietary and free to use its power, hello NT103!!! This tablet has a good screen, excellent graphics, loud sound...too loud if you ask me...but I use a Bluetooth speaker for better sound quality. The computing is fast and it has a ton of memory!!! Now this being such a good tablet makes the company that puts it out such a disappointment. I know with the size of the screen breakage is a threat, so I email the company when I can't find a case that advertises compatibility, their answer....we don't make one and cannot tell you any that are available. OK fine. So I've been careful and have had this tablet for quite some time...year or more... yesterday the charger which does a great job, even charging quickly while I stream Netflix and Bluetooth audio, stopped working completely. Not the wire, or the charge port, the actual wall adapter. I thought this was weird, but whatever I'll use another android charger, they're practically interchangeable anyways right? Nope! It only charges at 30% of the speed. So, being the rational person I am, I contact the manufacturer of the tablet. I'm sure they'd be willing to charge me $15-$20 for a $3 part to get me back in the charging fast lane....nope! I emailed their support and explained my issue and desire to purchase a replacement. The reply to my email was, "Try one with the output 1.5A." That is it in its entirety. Tablet....5 Stars. Support from manufacturer....0 stars. Really happy with the tablet so its a shame I have to post this.

I purchased 4 of these and one was DOA, so I returned it. I've had three remaining units for over a year and have not been happy with the performance or the quality.The good: lightweight and relatively inexpensive, accepts memory card.The bad: very slow, crashes frequently, drops WiFi and Bluetooth connections randomly, the screens scratches easily.I wish that I had returned these. Spend a little extra money and get a Kindle or other reputable model. You'll be glad that you did.

this tablet was doing good but now this tablet charger part was burned and it stopped casting to my smart tv, so this tablet was doing good for only a short time..i purchased this tablet in Nov. of 2017 and it stopped working and so i am updating this tablet to a 1 star..SORRY but this no in buying this tablet..it is a fire hazard..

Npole tablet NT103 arrived next day. It booted out of box and all functions seemed to work. Customer manual listed as in box was missing and I am trying to obtain one, Construction is excellent, it is light weight, and has a fast response. Screen keys are excellent size. It doesn't seem to have switches located around the edge, thus preventing accidental actions like I have with my note 4 phone. Since this is my first android tablet and I feel I should have purchased a case. I will recommend this product after I obtain my manual and have completed my set up.The NPOLE home web site doesn't seem to provide access to products other than the new Note 7" version. First impression is this will rate a 5 star review when I have used it properly.

 I love this tablet. I needed a table to run Google Home on instead of using my phone. I'm using Tasker and Autovoice to do things that Google home can't do by itself. I didn't really think this tablet was going to work. However, much to my surprise, it runs as the remote tablet for Autovoice flawlessly. It also does things like play Spotify remotely equally well. It feels pretty solid as well, so if it last a few years, it will be a total steal.

will never connect to any Bluetooth device and yes Bluetooth is turned on but never sees any devices and an android phone has no problems seeing device and connecting and most of times when outta town on work it will not even connect on wifi, comes up with nv ram error message and am really surprised amazon would sell something that doesn't work properly, very disappointed with it
