Perfect fit for old metal sewing cart, 1 square inch tubing
Perfect fit. I added these to an old metal sewing cart I picked up a garage sale. The original casters were busted and so I pulled them out, leaving 1 inch square tubing. These caster sockets were a snug fit inside the tubing, after a little hammering to get them in place. I bought some of the specified casters and it’s good as new. The sockets and casters are in tight and for light rolling around the house it’ll do just fine, but probably not heavy duty. If you have 1 inch square tubing and you’re looking for caster sockets to put in there these are the ones.

Great, perfect fit replacement. Make sure your caster diameter and inner diameter of your pipe match
These were a perfect fit replacement for busted caster sockets on a steel cart I salvaged from the trash pile. These and a can of spray paint and it was good as new. They do require a decent amount of force to insert them into the pipes, but a hammer made quick work of this. Just make sure you measure both the inner diameter of your pipe, and the diameter of your caster stem, to make sure they will fit, as there isn't really any easy way to "make it" fit without damaging it.
