So far, a solid choice
One of the benefits of taking L-Lysine is it's said to assist with interrupted sleep patterns if taken before bed. I can say now that after nearly a month, I actually am sleeping better. And to put aside any concerns about sleepiness during the daytime, I have taken it in the morning and did not experience any particular effects.

Healthy Supplement
It is a good product! The caplets are smooth and easy to take, yet, as all lysine caplets, they are bigger than normal-size tablets.Keep in mind, adult dosage is 2 tablets per day so with the 100 caplets per bottle, it's less than a two-month supply; but, worth it!

1000 mg in a Smaller Caplet
I assume lysine is lysine. I had been taking two 1000mg Nature's Bounty brand lysine tablets a day, but man, when you have to swallow 1000mg caplets/tablets, it can be rough! The Horbäach 1000mg lysine caplets are significantly smaller and easier to swallow. I show a comparison in the picture, Nature's Bounty on top and Horbäach on the bottom.
