A good tool
Struggle to get the top off apart from that it's a better concept and clean ad easy to use once you've managed to get the top off.

Heat Embossing Game-changer!
This little tool is one of those things you didn't know you needed until you have it and try it.I've been crafting for years, I've owned stamps, inks, embossing powders and a heat embossing tool for longer than I care to remember...but was always disappointed by the results. Two things have changed that1) using a good quality, magnetic stamping platform for crisp, accurate stamping, and2) The EK Success Powder Tool. When I tried to emboss before, I would find that embossing powder stuck to bits of the project that I didn't want, and ruined the overall effect. Static, oils from your hands, damp paper can all be culprits here. Even flicking the bits of stray embossing powder with a dry paintbrush didn't work, and I ended up removing powder from the bits I wanted it on, as well as removing the bits I didn't want.Frustrated I gave up stamping for ages. Then recently, after watching some amazing crafters on YouTube using anti static tools for heat embossing, I tried making my own anti-static pad with some fabric and cornflour, but it would dump too much powder onto the project, affecting the quality of the stamped impression and spoiling the paper/cardstock colours.I've now bought this inexpensive little powder tool. It's simple to use, puts the lightest coating of powder on the paper surface, keeps the printing crisp and the embossing powder only adheres to the ink. Oh, and it's packed with fine, fine powder, so it's going to last a really long time!Sometimes in life we struggle along because something feels like an unnecessary expense, but when you're spending money on quality stamps, inks, powders and papers, and STILL not getting results, it's time to admit you need a little help.Welcome to my craftroom EK Success Powder Tool!

Baby powder vs cornflour
Had trouble getting the lid off as it fools you to think it can be I'm screwed whereas it is pull off. The talcum powder smells lovely and its size is handy. I had been using cornflour until now and a soft clean brush so it is possible to stop the stickiness with a fit solution; however, tipping my little plate holding the cornflour meant laborious cleaning. So this product wins on intelligent design over my homemade solution! OK you pay a lot for it but when it runs out you can refill it and hopefully will still be in good condition to extend its life.

Not what I'd hoped for
I thought what a great idea to have this as it's re-fillable, however when I first went to use it the first problem I encountered was to get the top off, it just wouldn't budge and my hubby had to get a pair of old nut crackers to remover it, ok I thought was it as I didn't mind the top not going back on, but then when I went to use it to dust my paper/card when heat embossing I found the powder wasn't even coming out through the brush, great idea but to me poorly made, I wouldn't recommend it and now I'll just have to purchase another little bag instead.

Essential for smooth running interactive cards
This is a fab product for those who wish to heat emboss, make shaker or interactive cards. It's basically talc in a bottle with a brush on top. You use it to stop any excess glue from interfering with the mechanism of an interactive card or to reduce friction between sliding pieces. You can also use it to prevent embossing powder from sticking where you don't want it to!

A must have embossing tool!
I heard about this when I researched embossing. It's to prevent the embossing powder sticking to places you don't want embossing.I have tried embossing with and without it and using it makes a difference. Keeps projects neater. It's easy to use, once u finally get the cap off, it doesn't show up on the card, BUT not tried out on black card yet. It smells lovely, like baby powder (maybe that's what it is- I don't know).

Fab addition to my crafting stash
Very handy tool for my craft stash. I'm a card maker and had read about how an anti-static tool helps when making cards that move - ie. Slider cards, shaker cards. I was not let down and use it very often in my creations.
