whenever i work out i LOVE TO SEE THE SWEAT BUILD UP!!! this product is AMAZING!! gets rid of hip dips when you wear it so creates an illusion, and if you have a fupa or a bit of a belly it 100% SINCHES YOU INNNN!! i loveeeee super durable and 10000% WORTH THE MONEY!!!

Overall I am very happy with the Bracoo SE20 Waist Trimmer. It has a very easy application process & retains it's tightness well even when sweating profusely. I definitely feel the benefit from it's Lumbar support & also with helping me to engage my core during exercise. I am still using it every day, without any issues however I wasn't expecting the softer material that the Velcro applies to, to become frayed so quickly, like I said it still works great but helpfully the continued fraying won't become too much of a problem as I wouldn't necessarily rush to buy another one. For the price however compared to other similar products it really is very simple and very effective.

This product is one of many trimmer belts I've ordered and tried. After countless disappointments on these kind of products, this one really amazed me after just one try. I use these belts during workouts (sometimes I even just wear them under my normal clothes) , so I need the elasticity to enable me to do a wide range of movements, I also need sturdiness so the belt don't snap within just one week, and this product has both. I am a size 12, but these can go way beyond or below my size, which is also easy to adjust therefore I would definitely recommend this to size 20 to any size below. I have ordered other cheaper trimmer belts that looks great on pictures, but not in real life. Some of them snaps or is hard to adjust, some are uncomfortable and can cause blisters on the skin due to bad quality material rubbing against skin, but this is not a problem for this product. However, I do not recommend wearing this belt for over 3 hours - 5 hours (depends on what you're doing), as it does make you sweat A LOT when you exercise with it, and you don't want that sweat/water to soak your skin. All in all, this product is effective (at least more than some other ones anyway), cheap for its quality and also conveniently designed for your comfort.

Its worksBut in my caseMy belly isn't stubborn and its isn't from a very long time and I wear it more than half day and when I take it off it smells so bad just because of the leather (material) and when I pulls to fix tight on me then its starts getting fold inside from bottom side. Hope this make sense. So happy and not happy aswell

Although there are a lot of different kinds of belts on the market at the moment i feel that this is certainly by far the best quality.Easy to wear and is fully adjustable.Not bulky and quite discreet.The stitching is good quality and the velcro is strong and the feel of it is superb.The belt is good for supporting your back but it also is a good way of sweating out those excess pounds if your feeling a bit bloated.The price is very good for what it does.Very reasonable and not overpriced at all.I have a back injury and since i've put it on i don't wanna take it off again.would say to anyone looking for a bargain and something that actually does what it says,well this is a must try item.Well described and a happy buyer!!

Before buying the Bracoo Adjustable Waist Trimmer Belt, i tried a cheaper belt which only lasted me a month before it went out of shape and started falling apart.This Bracoo belt is fantastic - You can see the quality as soon as you open the packaging. Ive used it everyday for the last 4 days (still early but i have confidence in the product) and it does exactly what its supposed to - MAKE YOU SWEAT - it also gives the back additional support if you need it.It feels comfortable and stays in position - my previous belt startd to get loose when running on a treadmill - this Bracoo belt remains in position throughout my training sessions.Overall great product and a have already recommended it to my family and friends.

I wish they would make stuff like this a bit bigger for bigger people!!!, I'm a size 24, it is quite tight on me I can stand up with it on but can not sit or do exercise that involves bending much!! With it on, can not sit on a bicycle with it on very uncomfortable, but while walking its ok an it does make u sweat!!!

This was my go to for waist trainer for a number of years. Used every day religiously. After a while (6months) the velco stops sticking therefore i buy another one. However, the new version is a flimsy cheap material which is half the thickness. So it keeps moving throughout your workout and will have to keep adjusting it, making it absolutely useless as the whole point is to keep the heat in one place. Honestly, i'm better off using a black bag / bin liner as this will stick in one place better then this 'new' version.

Ich habe gleich zwei dieser Gürtel, einmal für meine Partnerin und einmal für mich, bestellt. Sie passen auch problemlos bei schmaleren Hüften, da man Sie dann einfach überlappt anbringt. Sie riechen in der Tat unmittelbar nach dem Auspacken etwas streng, allerdings hatte ich schon weitaus schlimmer duftende Artikel in den Händen. Nach rund 1-2 Tagen lüften, war der Geruch auch schon wieder verflogen. Die Verarbeitung ist auch in Ordnung (keine abstehenden Fäden oder ähnliches) - man darf aber nicht vergessen, dass dieser Gürtel nur rund 15 Euro kostet.Der Gürtel besteht auf der Außenseite aus mehr oder weniger normalem Stoff und innen aus einer Art Gummi. Dies ist allerdings absolut notwendig, da man somit nach dem Einsatz den Schweiß einfach mit einem feuchten Tuch wieder abwischen kann und er beim Tragen auch nicht übermäßig verrutscht. Der Gürtel erinnert an die klassischen Nierengurte vom Motorradfahren.Wir haben die Gürtel meistens bei unserem Gang ins Fitnessstudio an. Vor allem beim Krafttraining bringt er seine äußerst praktischen rückenstützenden Eigenschaften mit, was Ihn vor allem für mich besonders attraktiv macht. Wie der Titel schon ankündigt, nicht schwitzen ist beim Tragen dieses Gürtels einfach nicht möglich.Ob und inwiefern er nun wirklich etwas bei der Bauchumfangreduktion bringt, wird sich wohl erst noch in Zukunft zeigen müssen.
