I ordered this and it arrivedI can only say this***AVOID******AVOID******AVOID******AVOID******AVOID******AVOID***This arrived damaged ripped in fact, I thought it was just at the VELCRO but as i unraveled it and saw 3 more rips inside.The Product is of such low quality it looks like an item my 7 year old girl tried to make herself in embroidery class, wearing sunglasses, indoors with the lights out using boxing gloves a pine needle to sew it and thread so weak i think its made from black nostril hair.The material is so poor and thin I felt like starting up a new charity in order to try and give it some support and maybe give it some girth.The stitching is horrendous seriously not one straight line to save it self...(did i mention this was so thin it may need saving!)DO NOT BUY THIS EVER....DON'T EVEN ACCEPT ONE FOR FREE.Only FAT I think this will shed is the ounces I shed putting this in the BIN :(Waste of money

Bought this about 6 months ago with the hope of shaping my waist a bit, but haven't seen any results yet.However, it does do what is says in terms of causing your stomach and back are to sweat more, which supposedly helps with the removal of toxins etc. from the skin and body.One thing to note is that it does smell quite strong of chemicals when it first arrives, and this smell lingered for a few weeks. I washed it in warm water and the smell went away so would recommend rinsing it and letting it air dry.I also experienced a few sore patches on my skin after the first couple of uses which worried me, but this stopped after the first couple of uses and after washing it.Alternatively, this is a great help for postural support, which is another reason I purchased it. I have terrible posture when sitting at my desk and get really bad back pain. This band helps encourage you to sit up straight and not slouch, and also supports your back if it already hurts.

I use this belt on bare skin during my workouts to create a 'sauna' effect for my stomach.It works great, makes me sweat like crazy and considering that I've been using it 3 times a week for a month and a half, I am extremely impressed that it is still as good as new! Especially for such a low price. Have never had a rash or anything like that.When I first used it, there was a strong rubber smell that had disappeared after the first use, so not bothered by that at all.Will buy another one here when (or if!) mine can't take it anymore :)

Works but the only thing it there's not enough it needs to be wider and the velcro shorter as it either scratches the top of my stomach or the bottom unless you crimp a bit together in the middle making it shorter

Bought 2 of these. One for me and daughter. Unfortunately when it is on it rolls up to a very large elastic band 😂I think this is due to no edge on top or bottom to prevent this. But on good side it is strong material an inner rubber would definitely help you sweat.

This is so comfy, and great quality. Wore it for a few days when exercising and walking, and is practically invisible under clothing unless very skintight clothing. It came two days after i ordered, which was a pleasant surprise as expected delivery was two weeks ahead. Do not mistake this for a corset style waist trainer as it doesnt squish you in as much as a proper one does. Fits me perfectly and i'm size 10; would say fits up to around (UK) size 16 as it only just fastened around my mom. The only noticible downside to this product is it has an odd, plasticy smell that doesn't seem to fade but overall it is great to support your waist and back during exercise.

I am size 8 and just after having a baby. This belt fits perfectly around my waist, I wear for 2 hours every day while I work out amd it makes my belly sweat a lot, I also wore it around my bum and it did the same. It sticks to my skin and does not move at all. It's a great value for money. I would not recommend it to anyone over size 12 as it simply would not fit and would pissibly keep rolling up. I also don't see it doing anything if you just wear it without exercising and expect your waist to magically shrink.
