This strengthens and grows my nails , since I bite my nails a lot they are always short and in just a few weeks of using this on my nails , my nails have grown and I have stopped biting my nails because it’s never nice biting nails with something on them , so this helped me so much , if you have a bad habit of biting nails please get this I recommend 100% it also lasts really long !

This goes on very easily and nicely, and gives a good clear shine to the nails. And that's why I've given it three stars.I don't know if it does promote growth, though, as once it's on my nails it proceeds to flake off within 12 hours or so. It's so tempting to peel it off, which would probably damage my nails, so I end up removing it with nail polish remover, which over a week of persisting with this product has left my nails very dry and brittle.Sadly I can't recommend it.

I used this product every other day after getting fake nails for 2 months in a row, my nails were so weak and bendy and now they feel way stronger! I feel like i saw a difference within a few days of using it but slowly gotten better as i continue

Does what in says on the bottle, would recommed.
