A little intimidating at first, but very easy once you know
I am a 73 year old male who has been very active all of my life and have the injuries to show for it. I purchased the PSP30 Shockwave over other models for three reasons. (1) it is a electromagnetic shockwave instead of a pneumatic shockwave, (2) it has a focused shockwave instead of a radial shockwave and (3) it has an adjustable depth up to 70MM. So far I'm very impressed with this machine. I would also like to give a shout out to Jeff in the sales department. He has been instumental through out. The service has been excellent. The head is not what is pictured and is useless
I do not see how to contact customer service. The head of the item is concave. It should not be like this, pictures of the item in the page and on YouTube show the head as having a point, this would be needed for "focused" effect. I do not know if a used and defective product was sent. Not happy, as this took some time to unpack and set up and is rather heavy. I. Ant understand how internal quality control could not. Watch something like this.

Effective machine, exceptional customer service
Let's get the "white elephant of the room" out of the way first: $12,000 for a machine is a lot of money; however, a comparable machine with the same technology usually costs 2 to 5 times more. I researched months before purchasing this machine and believe I had made the right choice. My wife adores this machine because it has been very good at alleviating her various deep and superficial muscle and bone pain. This machine delivered masterfully, whether bunion, shoulder, or back pain (avoiding the spinal cord). It may take some time to understand how to use the machine and may require the patient's guidance to hit the "right" spot properly, but in the end, it is all worth it.Besides the machine, the service has been exceptional. Any issues I had were addressed quickly and professionally. The warranty for my machine expired 8 months past the warranty period, but Jeff from their service department courteously offered to send me the return label to have the machine shipped and repaired for free! Communicating, shipping, and repairing took less than 1 week (from San Diego to El Monte and back), and my machine is working again. I have bought thousands of items from Amazon, and this is my only 2nd time writing a review for a product because the machine and its backer are exceptionally helpful.

I love this machine
This machine does everything a $60,000 machine does. I have no complaints about it. Simple to use and very effective for any number of issues. The support is amazing. I asked a lot of questions and they were all answered within a couple of hours. I researched buying this machines for weeks. I looked around for comparable machines and there is nothing else available in this price range.

It has proved very effective in treating a variety of conditions. Easy to understand and operate. Highly Recommended! Would definitely buy again.
