Vitamin D3 Tablets 1000iu - Supplement for Healthy Joints and Bones - 180 Pills - Opal Fitness

Have been using vitamin D for about 2 years, and believe it helps a great deal with infections, especially in the winter, although it is supposed to be a sun vitamin. I had been using a different brand, which said the tablets were an easy size to swallow, which I found more and more difficult to do so. I ended up having to chew them first before swallowing.These tablets are a small size, and much easier to swallow. I will continue to purchase these, we both take them, but to be sure I only ordered one container. I do try to check that I am purchasing via a British site, and hopefully covered by British regulations. These appear to fit the bill all round. Well priced too. Dosage good.13-1-2018 Second purchase - 2 of use use these, and I think the Vit D definitely makes a difference. Have been using Vit D for a couple of years, and generally I do believe it makes a difference. Appear to miss out on colds and flu etc, and if I feel like a cold is coming, it is short-lived and mild. I think it probably takes 3 months of one a day to kick in, but I personally would not stop taking Vit D, as I honestly believe it works.

The dark long winter months are hard enough but taking these daily really does help. You won't get a tan or olive-oil skin but you will make it through each day much happier and bouncier and able to get out of bed wen the sun is still hours away from getting out of it's bed. Definitely recommended - I wish I'd started taking these years ago.

Having only recently started on the vitamin D3 tablets I cannot honestly say much about them, I think they take a certain amount of time to work. Just read an article the best time to take them is in the morning, "ALL vitamin D supplements, whether they are vitamin D, D2, or D3, etc.. should ALL be taken in the morning, any Vitamin D taken at night actually suppresses your natural Melatonin production in your pineal gland and prevents you from reaching REM sleep or even deep sleep." Will be using this seller again, as I am very happy with their service.

The tablets are white, circular, easy to swallow. I just started using them so I cannot see the difference, however I didn't start using them because I was lacking vitamin D, but because I live in Scotland for some time now, and there is not so much sun as in my home town and it is recommended by NHS to take vitamin D. I need to definitely complain about one thing, which is packaging. When I opened the bottle I though someone tricked me and that I received half the amount of the tablets, which after counting turns out there is 180 tablets, however the packaging is way too big for this amount and it's a waste of plastic and resources so I am giving only 3 stars. Be more environmentally friendly!

I purchased these Vitamins last week and obviously, not much can be said about them after such a short timebut I double checked with my GP about the iu and he reckons that they are even above what I would need on a daily basis.He advised that I should take one tablet of this dosage each day for only a month and then, take a break, before restartingwhich makes these vitamins a very good value purchase, albeit "by chance".

I was feeling very unwell and had my doctor tell me I was very, very deficient in Vitamin D and was advised to take a supplement. I came across this particular one, it was reasonably priced and a good dosage and quantity. Arrived promptly and I began taking several tablets a day as per the doctors orders. I can confirm that after only a week or so later that these tablets have made me feel a whole world better. I feel so much more human. They’re not a bad size and easy to take and I will definitely buy more. I’d happily recommend these to anyone.

Really happy with these tablets. Am kinda wondering why I didn't purchase them years ago. I've suffered from SAD for years and this year a few colleagues and friends suggested taking vitamin D to help. I've only been taking them a few weeks and feel great. No more sluggish mornings, no moodiness, more energy and much more positive than I was was and would be at this time of year. If you are wondering whether to try them or not, I would go for it. You have nothing to lose. I wasn't offered a free trial or anything. I bought these products and I definitely do not regret it!

The delivery of this item was really fast! The tablets are really easy to swallow. Only been taking them for a few days now but feeling good about them, I don't know if it is my imagination, but my mood seems to be improved also, not sure if that's supposed to happy. In a nutshell, I'm very pleased with them.
