I have never owned a weighted blanket. I didn’t think I would like one, and I don’t have anxiety. However, I do have insomnia. And I like to feel fully cocooned at night. I sleep with the covers pulled over my ear while lying on my side. I frequently awaken pulling the covers up and fighting my husband for more of the comforter. That’s why I decided to try this weighted blanket. I bought the 20 pound navy blanket because it was the cheapest. So, if I didn’t love it, it would be no big loss. But I do LOVE it! It’s very well made, it’s the perfect size for just me, & I am sleeping better than I have in a long time. It’s summer more, and nighttime temps here are in the upper 70s, but this blanket isn’t hot. It’s just so comforting. I don’t pull it over my ear, and I don’t feel the need to now. I feel snuggly enough with it just over my shoulder. If you’re on the fence about a weighted blanket, you won’t be disappointed. And if you already like weighted blankets, this is a great quality item. I researched weighted blankets before I choose this one, and I believe it outweighs others (pun intended).

When I wrap up in this blanket I feel so cozy. It is heavy for sure but that adds to the comforting feeling. Love the soft feel as well. Great size.

UPDATE: seller was helpful and quick, they sent a replacement and this cover is better than the last but still has some fuzzies. Not like the last cover though, the last one was defective or something.The cover of this blanket is the worst I've seen for a weighted blanket. It is coming apart after one gentle wash with cold water and has white threads coming out of it EVERYWHERE. Would definitely recommend buying another brand for this reason alone. Tried to buy a replacement but they do not sell them on their site in 90x90. I dont know if the quality of these are just cheap or I got a defective one but it is very annoying to spend this amount of money of a blanket and have it fall apart.

Wow!! I wish these existed when I was younger. I researched so many weighted blankets on here and on Google. This was always the best one and the same price online. First, I actually bought the second best one; which cost much less. Two days later I checked on this one and it had gone down to almost half the price! I quickly cancelled the other one and and purchased this one. I was meant to have this.I have the 20 lb. one and I fell in love with it the first night I slept with it. I almost want one in 25 LBS. I would order one up. I have a queen bed and it covers most of it, so if you want to wrap it around you it has room. Of course, depending what size you get. I sleep on a temperpedic bed so my husband and I get hot and fast. So we have to sleep with the AC at 73° every night. This blanket not only kept me cool but I didn't move all night. I toss and turn around 3-6 times every night. Now I sleep peacefully and it has affected everything the next day. This feels a giant hug! I've been sleeping with it every night. I think I may have to get one for the living room as well.I have many disabilities, including physical ones and yes this also really helps with anxiety so much. It makes me feel like my whole body is wrapped and protected. I'm also a special education teacher. I know this would also be great for kids/adults with disabilities, especially if they're on the spectrum (ASD). I don't think I've ever written a review this good. Seriously considering getting the 25 lb. one. I really love it!!

I've been using a weighted blanket on and off for years. I sleep hot so I do not use it when it is warmer. I ended up taking off the comfy cover from my prior blanket to get rid of the some warmth, but it just isn't very nice that way.I was excited to see a reasonably priced COOLING weight blanket. I had put off buying one sooner because of the price.This showed up and felt nice and had the weight I wanted. And I like the new zipper system!It is not cooling though! I still wake up sweaty. And I still do not sleep through the night every night. It's not like it is 75+ in my apartment - it is usually under 70 at night. I am very disappointed in the cooling aspect of this item.I expected more for the price.

Update 1/19/23-Issue is STILL not resolved. Customer service is just tossing me around. It appears they do not stand behind their product, this is an inferior cover, all I need is a new cover. The zipper broke after one wash. It appears Gravity doesn’t care about their customers. My advice-look elsewhere for weighted blanket, Luna is one there are many others. Gravity makes a fine blanket itself. The “covers with the gen-4” zipper are terrible. See pictures. Horrible customer service. Will definitely not recommend Gravity to other Amazon users or friends and relatives.Update 1/6/23-Contacting Gravity about the broken zipper was a a disaster. They refused to assist as the blanket was purchased from the “Gravity Store” on Amazon. Their customer service us abysmal. They refused to help and told me to contact Amazon. Amazon has told me to contact the manufacturer, Gravity, which makes as it’s their product and their product is defective. I consider the cover defective as after one hand wash the zipper broke. You can view photos to see the extend. The cover is basically useless. For such an expensive weighted blanket I expected much better customer service and product support from Gravity. I’d this is how they are, I strongly urge customers to consider other brands for their weighted blanket needs.The blanket is great. The cover is not. After one light hand wash the cover broke, the zipper on the outer cover is completely warped and will not close, thus the cover is useless. I have reached out to Gravity specifically for this issue and am awaiting to hear from them. I will update after a a week or two depending customer feedback.

Well made.Even weight distribution. A bit hot for late summer, but very good for the Canadian Fall already. Detachable cover for washing. Expensive, but worth a try.
