Sleek, beautiful and great design idea!!
These are stunning and go very well with my black kitchen appliances. Their lines are clean and sleek and the reservoirs for the salt and pepper are large and helpful for seasoning food while cooking. As a result, one could probably make many meals and dishes without filling the shakers too often. The pieces can be used for salt and pepper as well as for herbs...the set even includes labels for other seasonings including: cayenne (red pepper), basil, cumin, garlic,oregano, thyme, and paprika. There are 3 tops, two of which have the same sized holes and the third top which has larger holes, presumable to handle herbs or large salt crystals. The base and shakers have magnets. When the shakers are lifted from their base, the shakers' tops open. What an ingenious design!! The set has nice, clean lines and purchasing them enabled me to eliminate clutter on my cook top. I have just received them and have had no time to put them to use, but nonetheless, am quite pleased with their appearance and size. I am delighted I found this salt and pepper set. Should I change my rating in the future, I will update my review.

Very unique, and love them!
Very nice-looking set! I ordered the black, and it is perfect for my daughter's kitchen! Love the way they close the tops when you put them back on the magnetized tray! Can't wait for her to see them!
