This machine is BRILLIANT having bought a cheaper well known brand machine which didn’t live up to expectations leaving a floor so wet I needed to use a mop to dry it off! It was returned I decided to bite the bullet & buy this one. It feels solid from the moment to get it out of the box & it cleans brilliantly. It may be pricey but you get what you pay for a solid well built machine with lots of accessories. Only down side is the need to use distilled water but I’ve since bought a water distiller which will provide that at very little cost.

This cleaner has surprised me to no end, eradicating things I didn't think possible (stain on carpet, bugs etc). Cannot recommend enough.

The machine is great, not reliable steam stopped coming out after a week of use....i send it back over a week ago and I am told to wait forever to get my money back...not sure it is worth the effort...It is surely the best steaming machine I have owned, Meanwhile, they are NOT heavy duty at all, after 1 to 3 weeks they are having issues. I tried 3 of them ...same every time! Shame it is a good product but quality check is poor making it a not usable product as you spend more time to get a replacement than having the machine itself! Got to go back to my German version to have a machine that works.....same experience the best ever but do not last!

I use this steam cleaner for my business and it's a beauty! I bought it for the steam pressure and heat level. It's really good. Only down side for me is the weight, because I'm doing a lot of lifting and carrying, the plastic attachments for the precision Steam nozzle aren't great the bristles bent out of shape under pressure. But overall I love this steam cleaner, I haven't had it long so don't know how it will fair over time but it definitely feels like it's built to last if it's looked after properly. I'm glad I made the investment.

Hands down the best steam cleaner I have owned (and they have been many)! large tank, very powerful, non stop steam. Worth investing in a water distiller to prolong its life.

Loved this machine but every single one stopped working within one month. Amazon were great at replacing it free of charge but after the third one, we realised that we needed to swop to a more reliable steam cleaner - the Karcher. I still preferred this machine but until they get reliability sorted, don't bother

Although I paid for the best 4.0 bar pressure this Dupray doesn't give 4 bar cleaning - not impressed!!!

Value for money and a sturdy machine
