I love these headphones, they've got a really good sound to them, they fit nicely in my ears and you can't feel the hooks once they've been inserted, they have a brilliant range, I can walk around my house with them in and my iPad upstairs and they won't lose connectivity unless I go outside. The magnetic ends are really handy to just wrap them around my neck when I'm not using them. Using them for a few hours a day, I can get at most 3 days out of them before they have to charge, though they usually only take a few hours to get back to full charge.One small issue is that the controls given in the instruction booklet don't work with Apple products.

I initially gave this item a one star rating after many failed attempts to pair with a number of devices even though I was following instructions.I must say that I have now upgraded to five stars for the following reasons.1 Arisen contacted me personally after reading my initial review and I must say that I was most impressed with them and the instructions that they gave me.2 The pairing issue was resolved by holding down the pairing button for about 8 seconds. ( The instruction booklet says 1 second so this must be a misprint)3 I found that putting on the ear buds and holding the pairing button until a voice said paired was the most effective way.I would like to thank Arisen for their response and allow me to enjoy this fantastic product

Good:For the price. Very good sound quality. Just the right amount of base for small earphones.Connections with very little issuesVery good sound isolation.Decent life spanBad:Ear buds keep getting stuck in the ear and falling out. Even in a pocket of bag.Middle button commands sometimes didn't translate to what I wanted it to do. Ie instead of changing tracks redials the last number.Right ear had a dodgy connection, and after 2 and a bit years of use, decided to die on me.I would recommend for the price you get for them. But please take care of them to avoid what I went through!

Product looks good and is well packaged, 1st set of headphones was unable to connect to any of my devices, including desktop pc, laptop, 2xphones and a tablet so was returned, problem was dealt with quickly and a new pair was sent out which work well, with good sound. Instructions for pairing is limited, so if you have a problem hold the on button for around 8 seconds until the light flashes red and blue continuously, and then should pair (this is really explained in the instructions)

I wasn't looking for anything amazing, just a bluetooth set of headphones that's sound was on par with the wired bundled set that came with my iPhone.Product was well packaged and connecting to my phone was very easy and fast. Unfortunately that's where the postives end.Not sure if the ones I have been sent are faulty but the bass is almost inaudible and the treble very strong. The sound overall is really harsh with 'sh' and 'ss' sounds in particular hissing at you (I have pushed them in far enough and I have a good seal).Aftter less than a weeks very light use one of the magnetic ends came loose (see picture) so will be returning which is a shame because I really wanted to like these.

Great headphones at a reasonable price! The battery lasts longer than one might think (I usually charge 2-3 times a week) and charges very quickly. Connecting to phone was no problem. I like that the backs of the earbuds are magnetic, so if you take them out they just zip together on your neck and don’t get lost. All round very pleased with the purchase.

first of all ignore the instructions that come with it.To pair you have to hold the button for 8 seconds and then it actually works (not 1 second as stated). The seller contacted me to advise this after I complained of which I was grateful.Sound is OK but could do with more bass as it's a little tin like.Otherwise they are OK.

Having waited for 6 days for the item to be delivered I was extremely disappointed when after fully charging the headset they would not connect via Bluetooth to any of the Iphones in the household. It's a shame because the product looks like a quality product and is packaged like one, however having not actually listened to any music through them I cannot comment on the sound quality.Shame!
