It is so so pretty when turned on! Can get a little hot, but I have it on a cute coaster to prevent any damages. I also place the wax in a wax melt warmer liner so I can change the scents, and it heats through that quickly so I don't have to wait any extra for my room to smell nice!

My original review was that this was a bummer because it arrived with the bulb broken. I contacted their customer service and they immediately replaced the whole thing instead of just sending me a bulb— so— I had to amend my review. It’s fantastic. Customer service was awesome and I after all customer service is everything!

Wish I had a photo. What a beauty. Ordered for my mom for Christmas. She immediately grabbed some warmers and started it up. It is beautiful and just like pictured!

It melts wax quickly, and the cut-outs are very pretty, especially nice at night - they're large and clear. The top where the wax goes gets much hotter than other wax melt devices that I have - that is a challenge if you have wax in it that you want to change out by heating the wax and dumping it. This is super hot to the touch, almost immediately. The only reason I note that, is that I have other wax melt devices that the dish where the wax goes, is always comfortable to handle. But the cut outs on this are so pretty.

It's very pretty, however, I've had wax in it for 10+hrs. and it never fully melted nor could you smell the wax and it was in a small bathroom.
