LLS do the nicest MCT oil I have found - really does the trick for ketosis, energy boost, clear head - and seems great quality, and at best value. I was eager to try this new improved C8 - & it seems even better - slightly more coconuty taste, and all the benefits seem increased - more energy and clarity. Though its not cheap, it actaully seems good value considering the huge bottle bursting with energy. I'm hooked!

I was using a competitor brand and then came across Love Life Supplements MCT C8 oil. I have to say, this oil is so much better! It seems like it is a much purer product because the oil doesn't seem so thick as the other brand. Even though coconut oil MCT C8 oil is tasteless, the consistency of an oil can give you a bit of an initial gag reflex. I didn't have that with this oil at all. Great product, I had this every morning with a Bulletproof coffee as I had started intermittent fast phase. Gave me loads of energy for hours, I didn't feel slumped at all in the morning, and best of all I had zero brain fog. MCT C8 oil is great for burning fat. Very effective product that gives me a much needed boost with my Bulletproof coffee. I was keen to support the guys as they are UK based, have competitive prices and are ethical in their use of 100% coconuts as opposed to use of palm oil.This product is definatly a winner for me!

I decided to buy this as a friend mentioned they were using it while on the Keto Lifestyle.I`d been doing Keto for a few weeks and although my weight was dropping, it didn`t seem to be coming off as quick as i had hoped. Trawled the net as we all do looking for info on the `Magic Oil` as my friend called it and it came down to a few Brands.I opted for this as it wasn`t the most expensive nor the cheapest but it did say Certified.So started off with a 5ml spoonful in my morning coffee and the 2nd day had a squidgy stomach, tried taking it straight from the bottle in the evening instead and have had no problems since, did 1 sppon a day then went to a spoon in the morning and 1 before bed.More of less following the same diet calorie wise and the pounds are now dropping off and i am in full Ketosis, don`t know whether or not the oil pushed my body over the edge, but something has definately changed for the better.I`ll stick with it until i finish the bottle then maybe give it a rest for 2-3 weeks just to see if it is the Oil working or not.Price paid £32.95
