This is high quality ground almond powder. It is obviously fresh with a mild nutty scent. I immediately made a batch of beautiful gluten free muffins that are moist and not crumbly. It is perfect for baking low gluten or gluten free muffins, cakes, cookies, tea breads, and pancakes. This is a great product. Lovely fine-ground almonds. Used it to thicken a sauce, which it did beautifully. Cherry and almond cake next!. 1if is an awful lot, but works out sooo much cheaper than the wee bags from the supermarket. Bag is durable and resealable, so they should keep fresh for ages. Delighted.

This flour is very good for my baking needs during my keto diet. I have made keto-friendly pancakes and bread using a combination of this and coconut flours. I have taken a star off as I find this flour to be more grainy than coconut flour, which does affect the overall sensation of eating baked goods made with this flour, but ut does not affect the taste. However, considering the price, it was a good purchase for the amount of product you receive. My only wish would be if it was a bit more finely ground.

Ground almonds are very useful in many aspects of baking. Ground almonds in place of flour when baking gluten free. Added to a pastry mix, gives a unique flavour. As a paste it can be used when icing cakes. Am happy with my purchase.

Good value and really well packaged product. I follow a low carb diet and use these ground almonds in cakes, cookies, bread and many other non sweet recipes in place of flour. They give a different consistency but used in this way, there is no evidence of a nutty flavour, of course in cakes it is necessary to add baking powder for an item to rise.

I use the ground almonds instead of flour to make cakes to post to my family. It is good to use, the aroma and flavour delicious. The price is good and I will be ordering regularly. It is especially good for us due to special diets for family members.

This is more finely milled than regular ground flour you get at the shops! Hence more suitable for baking, which is fantastic! Tastes good too and bakes well. No complaints! Happy with my purchase.
