Mounting flange has a perimeter of holes for fastening, (10) 3/16" diameter. Top lid securely clamps down to prevent water entry, gasket-ed lid. Cutout opening 4" x 10.5" cutout required, inside corners require a .75" radius. Distance from bottom of flange to bottom of handle 4.5".
