Great mat for workouts. I was looking a large mat for workouts type Insanity by Shaun T, and I was struggling to find large enough mat. It is anti slippery so you can jump and run on it without issues.The material allows to be cleaned easily.You can even add another mat on top to add softness and to avoid noise, the top is pretty non slippery so you second mat won’t move too much.I’m doing 1m80 and there are no issues for doing push ups or jumping jacks on this mat, it is large enough.It comes with 2 strapping bands to be easily rolled and stored.After having tried different mat as clipping mats, this one is clearly made for hard workouts due to the anti slippery material and can also be used for softer exercises as yoga due to the large surface.

I love this mat! No more slipping mats when doing mountain climbers no more trying to stay steady when planking this mat is everything I wanted. It's twice the size of your standard mats also sticks to my wooden floor like s##t to a blanket and my trainers don't slip on the surface either when sweating it absorbs it great unlike my old foam mat that made it slippery also the price was slashed by £120 recently which is the only reason I didn't buy this sooner at £60 it is still expensive but boy is it worth it the rolls Royce of mats

Just received my excersise mat! Haven’t used it yet but after opening and rolling out the mat I can already tell it’s gonna be perfect. Bought for jumping rope on for a bit of cushion and to protect my ropes from the harsh concrete. Standing on it it’s got perfect firmness for jumping rope and the sleek material won’t slow the rope down at all, and it’s got plenty of grip with trainers on so it’s absoloutly perfect. I will be using it later on today so I will adjust this review if needed after use but I am extremely confident this mat is gonna meet every expectation and some. Extremely happy customer!

I bought this as I needed a larger exercise area. Overall great mat. It’s the right thickness. Big enough to give a good exercise area and easy to roll. It’s not 5 stars for me on account of the following :1) the securing straps are weak. Mine broke within a week. Had to improvise with the same straps, but would’ve expected better quality2) find the exercise surface a bit slippery . But this is very minor inconvenience3) we use this on a carpet and despite the rubber on one side, the mat does slip when you do running on the spot or high knees.

This is a really good sized mat - it's as thick/durable as the Beachbody jump mat, but approx 2 inches longer and almost twice the width. It comes with two securing velcro straps and a lightweight cover/case. A really good product.

Overall a great product, I use the mat for a grippy surface when doing HIIT exercise including a lot of jumping in different directions.I was initially a bit disappointed as I found there was zero grip on the fabric side of the mat when it got wet from sweat, but this is only the case when wearing trainers. If just wearing the socks, then no problem with grip.The mat is quite hard underfoot but grips superbly well to wooden floor that is normally quite slippy.Overall a high quality product that does 80% of what I need it to do.

Absolutely fantastic product. Bought for jumping rope in the garden. I lay it across the astroturf. It stays stuck to the ground and works perfect. Great service from a family run company. Will use products again 10/10.

Just what the item description said.My only 'complaint' is that the mat feels a little slippery however I do hope that with more use this will improve.Would definitely recommend.
