The media could not be loaded. Based on other reviews, I was very optimistic. Arrived quickly, and presentation gave it a feeling of quality. The hickory and applewood chips it came with have lasted well. Had a go at steak, salmon and cheese, and really adds flavour to all. But aside from the taste benefits, you can turn your kitchen into willy wonkas chocolate factory :) make sure you clean the tiny gauzes though.

Very pleased with this smoking gun!I bought it to replace a PolyScience one I bought on Amazon (no longer available) which broke after only a few uses.I thought this one would be a bit of a gimmick and just had Heston's name slapped on it. I was wrong! It's great quality and comes with a couple of posts of wood chips as well as a stack of recipe cards from Heston.Very good quality packaging and presentation too makes this a really good gift idea.Would recommend this to anyone. Easy to use and really adds a very noticeable smoky flavour to food in a few minutes.

Great smoke gun for the price. Perfect for adding flavour to meat and fish dishes. Have since seen this brand used on professional cooking shows. Make sure you are prepared when you light the woodchips as smoke was instant so have the tube in place ready and you will be fine. Have also smoked sauce and toppings for pizza, was absolutely delicious.

I've wanted one of these for ages but couldn't decide between buying a cheap knock-off version or pay for a more expensive version. In the end, I'm very glad that I got the Sage.You get a significant amount of smoke from a tiny amount of wood and the fan has two settings -- one to maximise airflow to initiate the burn quickly and a second, lower fan to gently blow the smoke across your food/drink. The quality of the build and materials is good, with a long, durable rubber hose attachment.My one gripe is that it still feels expensive for what it is -- essentially a fan with a grip. The smoker doesn't even come with extra meshes that the wood is burned on. However, it does feel built to last and to withstand heavy usage, so I'm confident I won't be replacing this any time soon.

Brilliant product. Comes with generous wood chipping and really adds a new dimension to cocktails, nuts and sauces. Easy to use and looks very impressive at dinner parties. Bought this as a gift for my partner but definitely want one for myself now.

Amazing service, Delivery was very quick even over the festival period. Got a text and email to say the time it would be delivered and it was on time. Fault-less. Just tried the smoke gun and it is also an amazing piece of equipment. So looking forward to use this at the weekend. Smart and neat and does exactly what it says on the tin. Thanks
