I've been trying quite a few beard shampoos to get a soft beard. This product isn't quite viscous and when you pump it into your hand to apply think most of it ends up in the shower tray. It also didn't really make my beard as soft as other products that I've been using. The smell of it reminds me of t-gel which is also not something that I particularly like. Only positive I really have is that the bottle and pump seem to be well made.

When this arrived the pump was missing from the top of the bottle - this could have been damage in-transit of course - so no matter. But the product itself is different from my previous order. It's normally yellow, slightly viscous and scented. This time it's white, completely unscented and doesn't lather up when used. It almost looks like someone's filled up the bottle with hair conditioner. Not happy on this one I'm afraid.

Best beard wash about. Great value and goes a long way. 2 and half pumps for a big beard like mine is certainly enough. Great lather and leaves the beard feeling soft, straight out of the shower. The only negative is the smell....could've done better with that aspect. But as I use nice smelling oils and balms this isn't a biggie! Would definitely recommend to any beardsman 👌

Great. I've noticed a huge difference since I've started using this. It has really strengthened my beard. Before, when I used to comb my beard, so many hairs would fall out. Since using this beard wash, hardly any hairs fall out anymore.The smell takes some getting used to, but it grows on you.

I’m very disappointed with this item. As I’ve purchased this several times but on this occasion it seems like it’s a completely different item. Colour, it’s thinner than before & doesn’t clean very well. So I’ve returned it & I won’t be buying again

My husband loves this! He won't use anything else now. He has sensitive skin and this product does not cause any irritation, and leaves his beard wonderfully clean.

Good lathering beard shampoo from very little product, maybe not the best smelling of shampoos but gets the job done, added to the beard oil and balm it's a winning combo for any face whiskers
