Excellent sprouts
I was prepared to be disappointed, given earlier comments about the sunflower seeds not sprouting, but this has not been my experience at all. This is a great seed mix and many thanks to the reviewer who recommended soaking them in a jar of water for 24 hours beforehand, this worked a treat and produced the sprouts more quickly than just putting them straight in the sprouter. All the sprouts become edible around the same time even if some continue sprouting for longer, but that's fine 'cos I don't eat them all at once. I use them in everything from sandwiches to pasta dishes, and sprouted sunflower seeds are particularly flavourful if you've never had them before.

Efficient delivery, thanks
I can't rate all of the above categories, I'm afraid, because this was a present and I haven't yet got all the details from her. She seemed pleased with this gift initially.

Good Stuff
Very easy to sprout, just empty a large jam jar, poke a load of holes in the lid, then fill about 1/5 full with seeds followed by water all the way to top. Leave for 24hrs then drain and wash the seeds. Leave upside down in a bowl to drain water, and rinse every 6 hours or so (whenever in the kitchen). In 2 days you can have delicous sprouted seeds. Simple.

Not all seeds sprouted
Hmmm... Overall OK but after several tries, not a single red bean sprouted. They felt slimy when I removed to throw away. Made me question if the mix was OK to eat. No bad reaction though. Won't buy again.

Perfect desk snack you can watch grow
Tasity and I like watching them grow. Some grains are a little bitter so I only use a few at a time but good for figuring out which I like best

These have sprouted well in the sprouter but I agree ...
These have sprouted well in the sprouter but I agree with other posters - I prefer doing them separately, as they sprout at different rates, and I don't want to have to pick them out.
