This kit fixed my visor. It was much more economical than replacing the entire visor.

Good economical fix for the visor slipping out of the bracket. It does need to be ground down to clear the visor. This was no problem for me as I like to modify and customize pieces as simple as this plastic part.

This solved the problem of the falling visor - only 2 weeks after I purchased my vehicle, the visor fell and refused to stay up. I saw this was a common problem, and I'm so happy this was a quick, afordable solution! Highly recommend!

Easy to install

I installed these the day that they arrived in the mail. Install was easy (although the directions were useless) and the problem with the sun visors was completely resolved. One of my sun visors had already broken, which is typical, and this product resolved my issue. My visor now works as good as new. I was so pleased with the result that I went ahead and installed the one on the other side to head off any issues before they arose. I definitely would recommend this product even if your visor hasn't broken yet. There are two types of Jeeps owners: Those with a broken visor and those that will have a broken visor. The best thing you can do is fix the problem before you have to.Also, a pro tip that I learned with the first install: Take one stock screw out, install one end of the repair piece loosely, remove the other stock screw, then swing the repair piece into place and install the second screw and tighten. I removed the entire plate with the first install and realized that without three arms my job was made harder than it needed to be.

Jeep does lots of things really well. I don't know why they don't fix the sagging sun visor problem on Wranglers. My Jeep is a 2019 JL and the drivers side visor sags when it is unclipped from the bracket by the mirror.Fortunately I found this aftermarket bracket to fix the problem.The fix will take about 10 minutes.First you need a star bit to remove two screws that hold the visor in place.Then, you need to support the visor in place as you slide the new bracket in place with the large center hole around the visor frame where it exits the existing bracket. Make sure the new bracket is turned so that the countersunk screw holes are facing down. Insert the large phillips screws (that came with the new bracket) into the screw holes and tighten them by hand to snug the visor into place.You will repeat this on the passenger side if that visor also sags.I like this product. It easily fixes an annoying issue with my Jeep.
