Mighty Sourdough
I use this primarily for feeding my sourdough starter, occasionally a bit extra for baking. Works beautifully for the starter, even in the fridge it keeps growing faster than with other brands.Responds perfectly in Tangzhong/Yudane without clumping up and causing globs in your dough, flavour is top-notch. Really can't complain!

Great quality
It's a great quality flour. I used it for a sourdough starter. For my family, I bake 800g rye-wheat loaf 2-3times a week but unfortunately, this one is a bit pricey. I found another brand, also a good quality but cheaper elsewhere.

Great for sourdough starter
I bought this to start a Sourdough starter using the perfect loaf recipe. Worked perfectly and as a result I have a good mature starter. Also adds a nice rye flavour to the finished sourdough bread. My only criticism is it is particularly expensive per kg than other rye flours, but its really good when in a pickle and need to get ahold of some

My sourdough starter loves this!
Bought it to feed the Kombuchaorganic 40 years old Lake District sour dough starter I bought of amazon. The starter loves this flour! It doubles in size every 4-5 hours and the results when making bread are excellent.

Good quality and excellent for sourdough culture
I've been feeding my sourdough culture with this flour and I must say that I am impressed with the results. I've tried other brands widely available here in Ireland but they weren't as good as this one. My only recommendation is to offer this product in larger bags.

My sourdough starter absolutely loves this stuff!
Like a few others on here I haven't used this flour to bake a loaf with yet - but I have been feeding my starter with it for a few days and it's gone completely bonkers for it!I have a healthy starter which I usually feed rye flour - but it really loves this flour.Huge air pockets in starter and tripling in size in a matter of 8 hours.. Baked a cracking loaf already with it. Recommended!

Great for the sourdough starter.
My sourdough starter loves this flour, it produces nice, big air pockets, better than after some other rye flours. I only use it to feed the sourdough so I can't say how it works in baking.The bag is resealable which is very handy, especially when you use it often.

Impractical packaging
Product arrived packed differently than showed in the pictures. Packaging too large and not practical at all.
