Hillington Garden Outdoor Rope Quoits and Wooden Pegs Hoopla Throwing Game, Natural Timber Board with 5 Wooden Pegs.

I ordered the Garden Outdoor Rope Quoits & Wooden Pegs for when family and friends visit. It arrived promptly and was easy to set up. The package contains two wooden coloured slats, 5 round pegs and 5 ropes, 2 with a green stripe and 3 with a red stripe. The stripes match the wooden slats which have numbers on them. The idea of the game is for each player to take turns throwing the ropes aiming to get a corresponding coloured rope over a numbered peg. The person who gets the highest overall score wins. Such a simple and fun game! Although this is a garden game, we played indoors as it was starting to get cold and windy. My 4 year old grandson love it - very easy to play and helps children how to aim. Very happy!

Well made and kids and adults love playing ! Packs away in box when not in use so doesn’t take up any room.Easy to put together.

There was a quoit missing and it seems to be very thin and no weight in it either. The pegs don't always stay in the holes, so we glued them. The grandchildren play with them.

Game was smaller than I anticipated but found that it gives you flexibility on the space you need. Appears sturdy and fun for all ages. We level skill by having varying distances from where people each throw, which made it more competitive, and then ramp it up by moving the target/closer or further each game.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The build quality is terrible. Nasty, cheap thin wood, doesn't even interlock tight together so it falls apart every time you throw the rope hoops over it.I had to glue the wood together myself before we could even use it. Even the wooden pegs/posts constantly fall out when you are playing. They are currently being glued overnight as I'm writing this review.Summary: Small, low quality components, cannot put together without glue and patience, rope hoops misshaped out of the box, no instructions. This really is awful. Avoid!

The product description states clearly there should be six hoops but we only had five in the box. All the photographs of the product are incorrect and need to be re-done. The product is made well with natural materials. It's a shame this seems to be a reoccurring problem which can only mean all these products have been packed incorrectly and most likely every single one needs to be checked and re-done.

A little smaller than other I have seen. And the hole to push the posts are quite tight. Although I’m sure these will get better with use. Other than this, nice little game for the garden.

Stäbe sind wesentlich kürzer als auf dem Bild. Wurfschlingen sind aus Kunststoff und nicht aus Hanf oder Strick.Ist trotzdem spielbar. Hätte nur im ganzen etwas größer sein können.

Divertido juego de habilidad y puntería.Las dimensiones son algo ajustadas, lo que obliga a lanzar desde cerca.Las picas verticales encajan con dificultad en sus orificios.Ahora bien, es un juego divertido que engancha a niños y adultos por igual.Permite partidas de muchos jugadores de una o varias rondas. Además fomenta el cálculo mental entre los más pequeños.

Pour tout dire, je ne suis pas hyper convaincue par ce jeu. Le but était de créer un esprit kermesse ce week-end (avec 3 barbecues et des enfants à chaque fois) et laisser flotter un air de grandes vacances avant le départ. Avec ce jeu, le pari n'a pas vraiment été remporté.LES PLUS (pas beaucoup)- Montage : facile, assembler les deux pièces centrales et emboîter les buts de bois dans les trous. (ni clou ni vis)- Démontage : aussi facile que le montage, se range donc facilement.- Visuel : esprit kermesse, un peu vintage, couleurs simples, anneaux en corde... ça c'est sympa- Principe du jeu : jeter des anneaux, principe sympa mais dans les faits c'est autre chose.LES MOINS :- Visuel légèrement non conforme, les couleurs sont moins pop, la corde est couleur jute et pas blanche.- Défauts / qualité : la corde n'est pas régulière et se délite un peu, deux bouts de bois sont légèrement fendus.- Jouabilité : difficile de faire des anneaux avec les cordes dont difficile de les jeter droits et donc de jouer.- Test sur mon mari et moi et sur ma fille et sa copine de 4-5ans, bof bof, c'est pas facile, mais surtout c'est pas marrant- Pas de boîte de transport : c'est pas obligé mais c'est mieux.- Le prix : acheté 11EUR, je trouve ça cher pour un article aussi mal fini.EN CONCLUSION : je ne recommande pas vraiment. sauf à être fan de ce jeu. ^^
