Gigantic capsules
I can’t attest to their efficacy yet (maybe I will update the review later) but just wanted to flag how big these capsules are. For me- quite difficult to swallow. So just be aware of that before you buy.

Surprised This Made a Difference – But the Ingredients Work
After a couple of unimpressive attempts with other similar candida supplements around this price, I stumbled across this one which caught my eye with the ingredients list. If you have researched candida enough, you will probably recognize most ingredients for being highly recommended by experts for fighting candida. Other similar supplements I’ve seen contain some of these but then filled with other ingredients which are far less potent and not worth your time.Without getting into too much detail, Caprylic Acid, Wormwood, Pau-D’Arco, Black Walnut, Garlic, and other ingredients are really effective against candida. Even Biotin is an effective against it which people often don’t know, but this supplement has a nice dosage of it included. Also, oregano oil powder is included which is convenient since many oregano oils you can buy say no not ingest it. There are no fillers here like tiny amounts of cinnamon or aloe vera which aren’t going to do anything.So, did I find this supplement worked? – surprisingly yes. It takes a while for these to take effect, however there is a 45-day supply to last a month and a half. So, for the price you really can’t complain. Obviously, if you’re eating badly and not taking care of yourself then don’t expect a supplement to do the work for you.Overall, this is a nice natural and rather potent supplement which easily trumps a couple others I have tried, and is clearly better than most options available just by judging the ingredients lists alone. Would recommend.

No thrush since taking. Highly recommend.
I've had many years of recurrent thrush and I have literally not had it once since taking these. I've done 2 of these 90 capsule pots, have just ordered the 180 pot on subscription.The capsules are large but manageable. They are supposed to be taken with food and you certainly know it if you haven't got enough food in your stomach first (I guess it's the oregano you get as an "after taste") but even that doesn't last long.I've had no issues with feeling ill after taking them. I just hope they continue to be available for a long time as I genuinely do not want to be without them now. It's been so nice not having that constant itch lurking ready to return!

Reduced symptoms within a couple of days. 99% better after 3 weeks. I stopped eating grain and animal products in my diet which I believe is very important.

I brought these as I heard they help with bowel movements but all it did was gave me lumpy discharge 😂 🤷🏼♀️

Really works but take breaks between cycles
You must give your kidneys and liver rest after taking one whole course there is a lot of powerful plants, barks and nuts here.

WOW, I am astounded!
This is my first review and I’ve been an Amazon customer for 10 years.I had to write something as I’m astounded how well these work.I’ve been suffering from oral thrush for 3 years. On and off taking GP prescribed meds and blood and swab tests. This is the only thing that has got rid of it. I’m so happy as oral thrush is very unattractive. I have it with geographic tongue too smh!. Anyway, after a week, my tongue is completely clear. I just hope these never discontinue or I’m in trouble!

Start slow
Well.... Seems weird to think I might be giving five stars to something that made me feel so ill. I changed a few diet things (cut sugar, coffee and wine) and also double dosed on day two (so can't blame the tablets maybe) ... I am quite hardy but did spend some of the evening with vertigo on hands and knees with some throwy uppy. Never had vertigo before? Role on a week later. Feel great tbh. I also feel weirdly calm? Advice... Start slow. Great product.
