I'd been taking Tumeric in my breakfast granola for several months, and felt it was helping with the pain of arthritis a little. However it stains your teeth yellow and even my cereal bowl was looking a bit jaundiced so I thought I'd try this in capsule form. A standard dose is 250-500 grams so these capsules are punchy at 750 grams, and they also contain Bioperine (Black Pepper).In terms of natural remedies, Tumeric is supposed to act as an anti-inflammatory and a pain reliever in the management of arthritis and bursitis, and to be effective in the treatment of bronchitis and digestive problems. There have been some clinical trials, notably one in Italy, which seem to confirm these claims.Bioperine (Black Pepper) also has the reputation for diminishing joint pain and fatigue, and of increasing a person's ability to metabolise Vitamin C and other nutrients.I happen to suffer from both arthritis and chronic bronchitis, and I have already found these capsules to be very helpful indeed. Natural remedies do not typically take effect at once. My joints were much less painful after just four days' use and the swelling and heat around them diminished. After six months' use, some of my joints are not painful or swollen at all. The others are not as hot and angry-looking nor as painful. Arthritis brings with it a mild sense of melancholia which, after four weeks' use of the Tumeric has disappeared and so, incidentally, has my cough pretty much disappeared.I must stress that I do see my doctor regularly, and I do follow his guidance in terms of long-term management of my health conditions. Like many forward-thinking GPs, he is happy for me to try alternative remedies such as these tablets, and we research any negative aspects together. For example, turmeric is a blood-thinner so it's absolutely essential to see your doctor if you intend to take it alongside Warfarin or similar drugs. I noticed that if I took Turmeric Curcumin Boost every day I started to bruise much more easily. Currently, I take a capsule every other day. I am still taking prescribed pain-killers but have reduced from a large prescribed dosage daily to an occasional dose once or twice a week.There are other, possible health-benefits to taking tumeric, but these have yet to be investigated.Curcumin 7500 is well-packaged and although the capsules are quite large, they go down easily. From a practical point of view, I found it best to take the capsules from a spoon or medicine dispenser. The (natural) yellow colour from the tumeric stains the fingers and anything else it touches. This is easily washed off the hands. If you get it on your clothing, just use a little fabric shampoo or pre-wash liquid before laundering.The capsules are suitable for vegetarians but not vegans. The tub is clearly labelled and the top is accessible for those with a visual disability.So far, based on my personal experience, I give these capsules a WHACKING great five stars. I received a review sample initially but have since gone back and purchased more.

Hi ,I deliberately waited over a month to review this product and I'm glad I did .The previous positive reviews on this product were TRUE and I can honestly say hand on heart this product has worked effectively for me .My issues with health are chronic radiculophathy ,trapped nerves which give me terrible pains in my arms and neck and go down my legs but after taking this product for over a month I can without a shadow of a doubt say that the pains I was having have dramatically reduced for me .Now whether this is a coincidence I don't know but I'm certain it's these tablets for sure .The tablets are quite big to swallow but hey I'm used to swallowing big things and they do not leave a nasty taste in the mouth or leave a residue on hands and they don't give me heartburn either .So in my view I would definatly recommend this fabulous product and a great price too .I will order more if the price is kept low .Inflammation leads to possible cancer for some people and that's fact so if you suffer from inflammation I recommend this product and trials are under way to determine the effectiveness tumeric and curcumin on how it can hopefully help beat cancer and the results iv read are overwhelming already 👍❤️Hi update on latest delivery which was good and as usual the product intact and sealed .

This is the second bottle I have ordered and almost finished. I have painful polyarthritis and am awaiting knee replacement surgery. In the meantime I am unable to take anti-inflammatory medication prescribed by my GP because it causes worrying and unpleasant stomach problems. A friend recommended curcumin as a natural aid for combating inflammation and, although initially sceptical I ordered this particular product because when you're desperate (as I am) and in constant pain, you'll try almost anything.It took probably 2-3 weeks of taking the capsules daily before I experienced any noticeable lessening of pain but there has definitely been an improvement - I can't truthfully say that the pain has totally disappeared but it is much more bearable, especially in my hands/fingers. The knee pain is not so sharp or relentless as it was and I am more mobile, actually able to do some light gardening and household chores without having to stop and sit down every 10 minutes or so. This is a significant positive development for me.I intend to continue taking these capsules because they have helped and they cause me no stomach problems. I have recommended them to my younger sister who seems to be developing similar inflammatory arthritic symptoms - clearly there's something hereditary in our condition (thanks mum and dad!). Anyway, I'm going to order a third bottle in the hope that the improvements are cumulative.

I hesitated to post any review because I think I have tried every product possible to ease the pain of arthritis in my knees. Walking was getting very difficult and shopping was a nightmare. I have always been a very keen gardener and not being able to do anything in the gardening was heart-breaking (and expensive as I had to bring n a gardening company to do the work I used to do with ease).I bought Curcumin Boost thinking to myself 'oh yeah more waste of money'.I started to take the capsules not really expecting to feel any benefit. One morning about three days after starting to take the capsules I got out of bed and trotted across to the bathroom and was cleaning my teeth when I suddenly realised what I had done I had walked across the bedroom, the landing and into the bathroom and not 'hobbled' across and I was used to doing.I have been able to start doing some gardening again and each day I see an improvement in my mobility and the relief from the agonising pain is wonderful.If you are experiencing arthritic pain I would suggest that you give these capsules a try - you have nothing to lose but your pain.June
