Unique E is the best formulation of vitamin E I have found. Most supplements use synthetic vitamin E, Unique E does not. If the label says dl-alpha Tocophorol the vitamin E is synthetic and is much less biologically active in the body than the natural d-alpha form. The same is true for the other forms d-beta, d-gamma and d-delta.Sadly, it is legal to market the ineffective synthetic dl- vitamin E as vitamin E. Indeed many scientific studies have used this inferior version and found that vitamin E does not protect against illness.This is at best poor science, at worst fraud. Since natural vitamin E cannot be patented I will leave it to the reader to decide why this practice is tolerated.If you were unaware of the wide use of fake vitamin E (most cheap health shop brands are made from such compounds) then you have never seen the benefits that a month of vitamin E supplementation might offer.Vitamin E is a fat soluble antioxidant that among other things protects lipids and fat soluble vitamins (A,D, and K) increasing their effectiveness in the body.Steer clear of anything that says dl- or Tocopheryl. If you feel inclined to try a vitamin E supplement this a good choice.P.S.I have read on some blogs that this product contains soy oil. The label directly refutes this claim, the capsules are made from gelatin and the fluid is glycerin.

So many Vit E supplements...so few that give the generally-advised blend of the different tocopherols, naturally-sourced, AND without any oil.I felt the benefits of this the first time round but was put off from renewing initially because of the price. So I switched to a cheaper one that contained only the Alpha Tocopherol but didn't feel the same boost in health - plus they smelled rancid. So I returned to this one and have noticed the positive effects again, so I intend to stick with it.

My skin improved a lot with this Vit. E and my nails became stronger and pink. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects and repairs the skin and very important also in the prevention of sunburns (and I spent the entire month on the beach).

Am happy with this brand, it appears to be the most potent & effective out there, will continue to buy.

Possibly the best Vit E out there. Have noticed big improvements in health since taking for 1 month..hair skin and nails much improved too. just ordered my 2nd bottle.
